Studies have shown that mild hypothermia(28 ~ 35 ?)can reduce the content of lactic acid in the brain injury area,reduce the oxygen consumption of brain tissue,reduce the accumulation of lactic acid in brain tissue,protect the blood brain barrier and reduce brain edema.Therefore,as a physical cooling therapy,mild hypothermia therapy is usually used in encephalitis,cerebral edema,cerebral hemorrhage,brain trauma,cranial hypertension,cardiopulmonary resuscitation and febrile seizures and central high fever patients.Mild hypothermia therapy as a branch of hypothermia medicine is mainly used in clinical protection,in some better medical conditions of the hospital,mild hypothermia therapy has been classified as severe head injury,cerebrovascular disease routine adjuvant therapy.There are many ways to cool down for mild hypothermia therapy.The traditional method is to use ice packs,ice caps(the main ingredient is ice),and the more scientific and effective method is to use mild hypothermia therapy instrument.The use of ice bags,ice caps for mild hypothermia therapy,the temperature is not controllable,and the operation is particularly inconvenient.Relatively speaking,mild hypothermia therapy instrument's temperature is controllable,the use of more convenient and reliable,mild hypothermia therapy instrument be used for many modern neurological diseases.But the current domestic market,mild hypothermia therapy instrument's temperature accuracy is not high,the larger,the user interface is not friendly enough,can not feedback the treatment effect.Therefore,the purpose of this project is to design a mild hypothermia therapy instrument system of small,user-friendly,with therapeutic feedback effect,the whole system consists of three parts: mild hypothermia therapy instrument,body surface temperature collection node,Android device.The main content of the system is based on these three parts to start,mainly divided into hardware structures and software development.Hardware structures mainly related to mild hypothermia therapy instrument and body surface temperature collection node hardware structures.The hardware construction of the mild hypothermia therapy instrument includes five modules: the main control module,the cooling module,the heat dissipation module,the water pump module and the power supply circuit module.The hardware construction of the temperature collecting node mainly includes the construction of the Bluetooth transmission module and the body surface temperature collecting circuit.Take into account the requirements of low power consumption,the bluetooth low energy technology be used to achieve a long time body surface temperature data acquisition.The thermal temperature sensor be selected for the temperature sensor of the temperature collection node,and the temperature measurement error is in the range of 0.5 ?.Software development includes three parts: the development of mild hypothermia therapy instrument firmware program development,body surface temperature acquisition node firmware program development and Android App development.The final part of this paper is the entire mild hypothermia therapy instrument system test,after testing,showing that the system can work properly to meet the design requirements.
