Background/Object:To comparethe effections ofpreventhypothermia with using warm air machine and using warm fluid during the procedure caesarean delivery.Methods: A total of150 cesarean delivery patients undergoing sedation anesthesia,the patients were randomly divided into the group with warm liquid(n=50)?the group with warm air(n=50)and the group with normal control(n=50).The group with warm fluid received warm liquid at 38? in intravenous an abdominal cavity flushing during the operation,the group with warm air machine received warm air at 40? around the body of the patients during the operation,the group with normal control received liquid of room temperature in intravenous and abdominal cavity flushing.The three groups was compared the core temperaure and shivering response.Results: The incidence rate of hypothermia and the change of the patients,s core temperature with the group with warm air was statistically different with the group with warm liquid and the control group from twenty minutes after baby birth to the time of leaving the operation room(P<0.05);The data of the warm fluid group was not statistically insignificant in control group;The incidence rate of shivering response with warm air machine groupwas statistically insignificant with other twogroups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The insulation effect of the application of warm air machine at 40? was superior to the measure of warm liquid at 38 ? during the operation.With arm air machinemay reduce the incidence rate of the patient's hypothermiaand shivering responseduring the operation.
