Objectives The goal of this research was to discuss the correlation between serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1?MCP-1?,8-isoprostaglandin F2?(8-iso-PGF2?)level and diabetic foot?DF?.Methods A total of 143 patients who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were selected as subjects.75 patients of merge diabetic foot are regarded as DF group; The 68 diabetic patients is regarded as a DM.And then divided into the severity of foot ischemia in DF group: ischemic diabetic foot group?IDF group?is 40 cases;non-ischemic diabetic foot group?NIDF group?is 32 cases. To measure all the cases' biochemical indexes. In addition,to record the subjects' general clinical data and Wagner grading. The serum concentrations of MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay?ELISA?.SPSS 20.0 statistical package is used for statistical processing. Results 1 The comparison of DM and DF group: The levels of duration,FPG,2h-PG,LDL,hs-CRP,MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? in DF group were greater higher than those in DM group?P<0.05?,there are statistical differences.HDL was significantly lower in the DF group?P<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant. When type 2 diabetes mellitus patients' serum MCP-1 level greater than 357.10pg/ml,they had a 4 times danger than those lower than 357.10pg/ml;When type 2 diabetes mellitus patients' serum 8-iso-PGF2? level greater than 2987.56pg/ml,they had a 17 times danger than those lower than 2987.56pg/ml.Whether diabetic petients is integrated into DF or not is considered dependent variable,duration,FPG,2h-PG,LDL,hs-CRP,HDL,MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? are analyzed regarding as covariate into the regression model, the results proved that course,MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? were the risk factors for DF.2 The comparison of two IDF and NIDF group: The level of creatinine,MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? in IDF group were significantly higher than those in NIDF group?P<0.05?,there are statistical differences.HDL was greater lower in the IDF group?P<0.05?,there are statistical differences. When type 2 diabetes mellitus patients' serum MCP-1 level greater than 319.2pg/ml,they had a 5 times danger than those lower than 319.2pg/ml;When type 2 diabetes mellitus patients' serum 8-iso-PGF2? level greater than 2985.0pg/ml,they had a 8 times danger than those lower than 2985.0pg/ml.Whether diabetic patients is integrated into IDF or not is considered dependent variable, the HDL,creatinine,MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? are analyzed regarding as covariate into the regression model, the results proved that MCP-1 and 8-isoPGF2? were the major risk factors for IDF.Conclusions 1 The levels of serum MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? in diabetic patients were positively correlated with the risk of diabetic foot.2 The levels of serum MCP-1 and 8-iso-PGF2? in patients with diabetic foot were positively correlated with the risk of ischemic diabetic foot.3 Serum MCP-1 levels were not associated with Wagner grade severity of diabetic foot;Serum 8-iso-PGF2? levels were positively correlated with Wagner grade severity of diabetic foot.
