| Objective: Ischemic stroke has become the first fatal disease in our country,and the age of onset is younger.Ischemic stroke not only brings great pain to patients,but also seriously affects the economy of patient's family,and also has a certain impact on the society and country.This paper analyzes the effect of the treatment of ischemic stroke patients.Pharmacoeconomic analysis of traditional C hinese medicine injections,neuroprotective agents and antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of ischemic stroke.The aim of this study is to provide reference information for clinical treatment of ischemic stroke,and to provide guidance for clinical choice of safe,effective and economical treatment plan.Provides reference information for the work of the government department,pharmacy store,department of pharmacy,clinical departments,and provide reference for the selection of drugs,the rational use of limited health information,health policy making more scientific and reasonable regulations.Methods : This study by retrospective analysis of neurology clinical cases were collected for the first time,hospitalization and rehospitalization of patient's age,hypertension,diabetes or whether suffering from other heart disea se,smoking,drinking factors were statistically analyzed.And to guide the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke writing group of acute ischemic stroke C hina treatment guidelines(2014)in the specific treatment of traditional C hinese medicine,neuroprotection,improve drug specific cerebral blood pharmacoeconomic analysis.Respectively using Dan shen duo fen suan yan injection(Dan shen group)and C huan xiong qin injection(C huan xiong group),Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets(Atorvastatin group)a nd Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets(Rosuvastatin group),Aspirin Protect Tablets(Aspirin group)and Aspirin Protect Tablets combined with clopidogrel(Aspirin and clopidogrel group),the statistical analysis on the basic situation of patients.Comparing each of drug treatment,the treatment effect in the same circumstances,using pharmacoeconomic cost minimization method to obtain the optimal drug treatment and the treatment group drug sensitivity analysis results with the original research results,make sure the accuracy of the results.Each group of drugs using decision tree TreeAge model analysis software,the analysis makes clear and accurate expression of pharmacy economic analysis results.Results: The basic factors in patients with ischemic stroke have analysis effect.The first hospital discharge in patients at the age group A was better than the age group B and C of patients,and the age group A hospitalization days was sigificantly less than the age group C patients.Patients in the age group A was significantly better than the age group B and C,the age group A hospitalization days less than the age group B was significantly,the age group A was significantly less than the total hospitalization expenses of age group B and C,the age group C was signifycantly better than age group B.The age group C of hospital stay was significantly less than age group B.The age group C of the total cost of hospitalization was significantly less than age group B.The age group A patients in the hospital again with the total cost of hospitalization was significantly less than the initial hospitalization.The age group B patients hospitalized for the first time of out hospital NIHSS patients was significantly less than that of hospitalized patients.The admission of the patients in the first group was higher than that of the non hypertension group,and the discharge was better than that of the non hypertension group.The discharge of non hypertension group was better than that of hypertension group.The number of days of hospitalization in the newly diagnosed group was significantly higher than that in the non diabetes group.The discharge of the patients in the treatment group was worse than that in the non diabetes group,and the total cost of hospitalization was higher than that of the non diabetes group.The hospitalization days of thepatients in the first group were significantly higher than those in the non diabetes group.Again the hospital discharge in patients with diabetes mellitus group than the non diabetes group,the total cost of hospitalization than the nondiabetes group.Again to hospitalization in patients with other heart disease patients was significantly higher than non of other heart disease group.The first hospitalization patients in smoking group patients days were significantly higher than non-smoking group.The first hospitalized patients in the days of hospitalization with alcohol was significantly higher than non-drinking group.C hinese medicine group were Dan shen duo fen suan yan injection(Dan shen group)and C huan xiong qin injection(Chuan xiong group),Dan shen group the total effective rate was 91.30%,Chuan xiong group the total effective rate was 90.90%.Dan shen group each person costs 2259.8 yuan,C huan xiong group each person costs 521.4 yuan,the minimum cost that C huan xiong group is better than Dan shen group,and with the same result of sensitiveity analysis,neuroprotective agents: statins medicine were Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets(Atorvastatin group)and Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets(Rosuvastatin group),Atorvastatin group the total effective rate was 88.98%,Rosuvastatin group the total effective rate was 92.31%,Atorvastatin group each person cost 119.24 yuan,Rosuvastatin group each person cost 89.6 yuan,the minimum cost display Rosuvastatin group was better than atorvastatin group,and with the same result of sensitivity analysis.Improve cerebral blood circulation: antiplatelet drugs were Aspirin Protect Tablets(Aspirin group)and Aspirin Protect Tablets combined with clopidogrel(Aspirin and clopidogrel group),Aspirin group the total effective rate was 92%,Aspirin and clopidogrel group the total effective rate was 94.34%,Aspirin group each person cost 6.05 yuan,Aspirin and clopidogrel group each person cost 152.9 yuan,the minimum cost that Aspirin Protect group was better than Aspirin and clopidogrel group,and with the same result of sensitivity analysis.Conclusion: This study proved that age,hypertension,diabetes,other heart disase,smoking,drinking has certain effect on the treatment of ischemic stroke,and providing a reference for the treatment and prevention of ischemic stroke.From the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke analysis treatment drugs for pharmacoeconomic analysis.Pharmacoeconomic analysis proved that the C huan xiong qin injection is better than Dan shen duo fen suan yan injection.Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets is better than Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,Aspirin Protect Tablets is better than Aspirin Protect Tablets combined with clopidogrel tablets.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the choice of clinical therapeutic drugs.For doctors and patients for the prevention of ischemic stroke two drug use reference,reasonable and effective treatment of patients to reduce the economic burden of the drug.Providing a better way to selection same drugs for the treatment of ischemic stroke,and to promote a safe,rational,effective and economical policy. |
