[Objective]To compare the efficacy of PTCS in the treatment of intrahepatic stones in different access.[Methods]A retrospective study of 60 patients of treating the intrahepatic stones by percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy in different access between Jan.2015 and Jan.2017.Evaluated the differences in the age and sex,the general situation and other related indicators of operation and postoperative complications in different access.[Results]The completely clearance rate was respectively 70.9% and 65.5%(P >0.05).The pleural effusion rate was respectively 6.45% and 13.79%(P >0.05).The infectious shock rate was respectively 9.68% and 3.45%(P >0.05).Postoperative biliary hemorrhage rate was respectively 25.81% and 3.45%(P<0.05).The duration time of Postoperative pain was respectively(2±1)days and(4±3)days;(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopy for the treatment of hepatolithiasis,single-channel selection of different pathways for the rate of stone to do,the incidence of postoperative hypotension is no difference, the right approach pleural effusion and the incidence of peritoneal effusion, postoperative The duration of pain was higher than that of the left approach, and the incidence of biliary hemorrhage was higher than that of the right approach. |
