Purpose:To explore the different stages of renal transplantation.T lymphocyte cell cycle distribution during perioperative period,to explore the relationship between renal transplantation perioperative period in different stages of the cell cycle of T cells and the distribution of clinical indicators. Methods:Methods from January 2016 to May-2017 patients undergoing allograft renal transplantation in our hospital were selected as the experimental group of 19 cases, and the experimental group was divided into 4 subgroups, which were preoperative,3 days after operation,7 days after operation, and 14 days after operation.19 cases of healthy people in our hospital were selected as control group. The experimental group underwent allograft renal transplantation for the first time. Before and after operation, postoperative 3 days,7 days,14 days after operation were collected the subjects in the morning fasting venous blood(EDTA anticoagulant)4 ml,extracted from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation,70% ethanol,placing-20 refrigerator overnight after the PI staining.Through flow cytometry detection, using novoexpress software to fit the data in T cell cycle. The distribution of G1,S and G2 phases in the subgroups of healthy control group and experimental group were compared. At the same time, the experimental group and each sub group were compared with each other in phase G1,S and G2 phases.Clinical indicators such as FK506 concentration and lymphocyte absolute value were collected, and the correlation between the subgroups and clinical parameters of Pearson in the experimental group was analyzed. Results: The control group and the preoperative group, postoperative 7 days group,14 days after operation in group G1,S and G2(S+G2)period,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the control group and 3 days after operation in group G1,S and G2,(S+G2)phase were statistically the difference(P<0.05);in the G1 period, after 3 days and 7 days after surgery, postoperative 14 days were statistically significant(P<0.05),(S+G2)in the 14 period, the difference was statistically after 3 days and 7 days after surgery,postoperative(P<0.05);the concentration of FK506 for 14 days with each other after 3 days,7 days after surgery, after surgery had no significant difference(P>0.05);absolute value of lymphocyte in postoperative 3 days, after 7 days,14 days after operation were statistically significant difference between each other(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between FK506 concentration and the 3 day G2 phase, and there was a positive correlation between the concentration of G1 and the 7 days after operation. The absolute value of lymphocytes was positively correlated with the preoperative G1 phase, and positively correlated with the 14 day S phase after operation. There was no statistical difference in the stage of G1,S,G2,and(S+G2)in the stage of renal function recovery and the occurrence of DGF in group P>0.05.Conclusions:1..The distribution of T lymphocyte cycle is similar in uremic patients and normal subjects.2.After renal transplantation, the proliferation of T lymphocyte cycle was attenuated in the induction phase, and decreased in proportion to(S+G2)phase.3.The distribution of T lymphocyte cell cycle was similar in 4.patients with renal graft recovery after renal transplantation and in patients with DGF...
