In the rehabilitation exercise,how to evaluate the upper limb motor function of stroke patients and put forward reasonable rehabilitation guidance,become a hot research issues of rehabilitation project at the present stage.The functional evaluation method is mainly qualitative analysis,that is,the physician to judge and fill the evaluation scale one by one,only from the degree of joint activity and muscle contraction state to the overall evaluation of patients with motor function.To this end,the surface of the EMG signal analysis and for the evaluation of rehabilitation function,the upper limb under different movements of the inter-muscle synergy and inter-muscle coupling analysis method to obtain the neural control movement of the modular.To verify the inevitable relationship between inter-muscle synergy and coupling;to explore the difference between the results of stroke patients and healthy people.Finally,combined with the patient's muscle strength,muscle tension and inter-muscle synergy-coupling relationship and other indicators,generate rehabilitation function evaluation report.The specific work of this paper is as follows:First,the mechanism of the EMG signal generation and acquisition methods,as well as the surface of the EMG signal analysis methods used in stroke rehabilitation research status to elaborate,and focus on the inter-muscle synergy-coupling mechanism of the status quo.The traditional EMG signal preprocessing methods,such as the removal of baseline drift,band-pass filtering and notch filtering,are carried out for experimental verification and analysis of advantages and disadvantages.An adaptive ICA method is proposed to remove the frequency interference better than the notch filter,and the two methods were compared.Secondly,the principle of synergetic relationship between the muscles is expounded.The non-negative matrix decomposition algorithm is applied to the study of the inter-muscular relationship between the multi-channel EMG signals.The muscle synergistic model and the activation scale coefficient of the upper limbs are extracted,analyze the shared synergy module and special module,and its action mode influencing factors.Once again,on the basis of the synergetic relationship we propose a non-negative matrix factorization-coherence analysis method to explore whether there is a coupling between the inter-muscle and the muscle activation model under different movements.The difference of the area between the muscle and the non-synergistic muscle in different frequency bands was obtained.Finally,the EMG signal analysis was performed on the patients,and the results of inter-muscle synergy-coupling analysis were obtained.The statistical results were compared with those of the healthy subjects.The statistical differences between the inter-module,the inter-action and the bands were obtained.Traditional rehabilitation evaluation scale,and inter-muscle synergy-coupling relationship,muscle strength,muscle tension and other indicators,obtain a rehabilitation report on motor function.This study will lay a foundation for exploring the mechanism of central nervous system motion control,and further provide a new idea for the evaluation of rehabilitation function of stroke patients in the aspects of surface EMG analysis,and have a guiding role in the rehabilitation of neurological diseases such as stroke.
