The Correlation Analyses On Some Blood Biochemical Indexes In Patients With Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria

Objective 1.Analysis the characteristics of patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria;2.Explore the relationship of chronic spontaneous urticaria and some biochemical indexes;3.Discuss the relationship of some biochemical indexes and the severity of chronic spontaneous urticaria.Methods Collecting patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria in Dermatology Department of Xuanwu hospital from 2015 April to 2016 August.Record the patient's general condition,Uriticaria Activity Score,and Body Mass Index.Drawing patient's blood in the morning to detect the biochemical indicators,including UA,GLU,TG,TCH,LDL-C,total Ig E.In the same period,colleting people on physical examination in Xuanwu hospital as the control group.Record their correlate results.Using Microsoft Excel 2007 to organize data,and SPSS 22.0 to dispose them.Results 1.Colleting 72 patients of chronic spontaneous urticaria,24 males and 48 female.The average age is 43.5±13.0.Colleting 33 controls,17 males and 16 female.The average age is 46.8±18.0.There is no difference in respect of age and gender(P>0.05).2.Among the 72 patients,27.8% patient's wheal seizure frequency is several times per day,50% is one time per day,and 22.2% is several days one time.3.Among the 72 patients,33.3% patient's wheal continuous time is less than 1h,31.9% during 1-4h,8.3% during 4-8h,9.7% during 8-16 h,13.8% during s 16-24 h,2.8% is more than 24 h.4.Among the 72 patients,2.8% patient's UAS is 2,15.3% is 3,26.4% is 4,31.9% is 5,23.6% is 6.5.Among the 72 patients,2.8% patient's BMI is less than 18.5,50% during 18.5-23.9,34.7% during 24.0-27.9,12.5% is more than 28.0.6.Comparing the 72 patients and 33 controls,TG raise rate of patients group is higher than controls group significantly,the differences is statistically significant(p=0.030).There is no difference in raise rate of UA,GLU,TCH,LDL-C(p>0.05).7.Comparing 13 patients whose UAS during 1-3 and 59 patients whose UAS during 4-6,there is no difference in raise rate of UA,GLU,TG,TCH,LDL-C(p>0.05).8.Comparing 13 patients whose UAS during 1-3 and 59 patients whose UAS during 4-6,there is no difference in BMI(p>0.05).9.Comparing 13 patients whose UAS during 1-3 and 59 patients whose UAS during 4-6,the raise rate of Ig E is statistically significant(p=0.048).Conclusions 1.The raise of TG may be related to pathogenesis of chronic spontaneous urticaria.2.There may be a positive correlation between Ig E and the severity of chronic spontaneous urticaria.
