Clinical Observation And Related Factors Analysis Of PICC Related Thrombosis In Patients With Cancer

ObjectiveTo observe peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheter related thrombosisthe of patients with malignant tumor,to analyze factor(age,gender,stumor staging,phlebitis,diabetes,body mass index(BMI),the main side handed catheter,antiplatelet agents)have correlation with the occurrence of PICC catheter related thrombosis.MethodsThis was a prospective,non interventional and observational study,324 cases of tumor patients with PICC catheter in the Hospital from March to November 2016 as the research object.By Doppler ultrasonography,324 cases of malignant tumor patients with catheter thrombus occurrence,the incidence of PICC related thrombosis statistical analysis,age,gender,tumor staging,phlebitis,diabetes mellitus,body mass index(BMI),the main side handed catheter,antiplatelet agents were associated with the occurrence of PICC catheter-related thrombosis.Statistical analysis used SPSS17.0 software package for data statistics and analysis,single factor group number comparison used t test and variance analysis,multi factor correlation analysis used two categories of unconditional Logistic regression analysis.ResultsA total of 324 cases of patients with complete data by Doppler ultrasound test,PICC associated thrombosis incidence rate was 24.07%(78 cases of 324 cases).Thrombosis occurred in single factor correlation analysis showed that tumor stage,phlebitis,diabetes,body mass index(BMI),the main factors related to handedness side,antiplatelet agents form PICC related thrombosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that PICC catheter-related thrombosis,body mass index(BMI),diabetes mellitus,phlebitis,and handedness side is the risk factors of catheter related thrombosis PICC(OR>1,P<0.05),antiplatelet agents were protectivefactors for PICC related thrombosis(OR<1,P<0.05);whether oral antiplatelet drugs and puncture point bleeding condition has no direct relationship.ConclusionTumor staging,radiotherapy,phlebitis,diabetes,body mass index(BMI),catheter in the main side handed,taking antiplatelet drugs were related factors of PICC related thrombosis;antiplatelet drug was protective factors for PICC related thrombosis;oral anti platelet drugs and puncture point bleeding condition had no direct relationship.
