Objective: To compare the effects of single-hole and porous VATS on chronic pain and quality of life in patients with early non-small cell lung cancer, and to explore the application prospect of single-hole VATS in the treatment of early lung cancer. Methods: Collected from our hospital and Qingdao University Hospital Affiliated Hospital of thoracic surgery from April 2016-April 2017 to accept lung cancer radical surgery in 100 patients with clinical data, including single hole thoracoscopy(single hole group)50 cases, including male 28 cases, female 22 cases,age(58.8 ± 7.3)years old, porous thoracoscopy(porous group)50 cases, including 31 males and 19 females,age(60.4 ± 8.1)years old,the two groups were lobectomy and Systemic lymph node dissection, postoperative pathological diagnosis of ? A-? B stage of non-small cell lung cancer.Comparing the clinical data of the two groups, the pain scores of the two groups were evaluated in March and June after the Digital Rating Scale(NRS).The quality of Life-Core 30 Questionnaire(QLQ-C30)developed by the European Organization for Research and Treatment(EORTC)was used to assess the efficacy of preoperative and postoperative 3 Month and 6 months of quality of life. Results: There was no significant difference in age, sex, tumor location, pathology type, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and extubation time between the two groups(P> 0.05)The NRS score [(2.12 ± 1.05),(1.05 ± 0.92)] was similar to that of the porous group [(2.35 ± 1.21),(1.38 ± 0.45)] at 3 months and 6 months after operation(P> 0.05)The QLQ-C30 score in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the postoperative month(P <0.05).The QLQ-C30 score in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the postoperative month(70.2 ± 9.3)was superior to the porous VATS group(59.6 ± 8.7)(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant, the QLQ-C30 score of the two groups was similar in June(P> 0.05),which was higher than that in the control group. The results showed that the quality of life in the single hole group was higher than that in the porous group, and the quality of life in the two groups was similar in June.Pre-level.Conclusion : 1.Single-hole VATS and porous VATS for the treatment of early non-small cell lung cancer as safe and reliable,to achieve the same surgical results 2.The survival quality of patients treated with single-hole VATS lung cancer was better than that of porous VATS,and the two groups recovered to close to preoperative levels.Compared with the porous VATS group, patients with single-hole VATS had an advantage in quality of life within 6 months after surgery.3.Single-hole VATS group of lung cancer resection is safe and reliable, effective, less trauma, faster recovery after surgery,in the surgical treatment of lung cancer has a broad application prospects.
