ObjectiveTo observe the influence of atorvastatin on heart rate variability of myocardial infarction combining diabetes patients.MethodAll the110 cases of myocardialinfarction combining diabetes patients in this study were selected from outpatients in our hospital from June,2015 to June,2016,they are divided into experimental group and control group according to randm number table. The control group were treated with conventional conventional therapy(12.5-50 mg,tartaric acid metoprolol bid, different yamanashi nitrate ester 5 ~ 10 mg,dar,100 mg of aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,qn). The experimental group combined with intensive treatment of atorvastatin(40 mg,qn)on the basis of conventional treatment, treating for 6 months.Determination of heart rate variability SDNN time-domain parameters before and after the treatment,SDNNI,SDANN;RMSSD;PNN50,and the frequency domain parameter area of high frequency(HF)and low frequency(LF)area, among them with SDNN,RMSSD and SDNNI,SDANN,PNN50 HRV time domain index,HF on behalf of the vagus nerve activity,LF on behalf of the sympathetic nervous activity. All experimental datas obtained were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Measuremental datas were expressed as mean and standard deviation(x±S);we used t-test to analyze statistical differences between two samples;Simple-factor analysis used variance analysis, and then used x~2 inspection to analyze two-factors,p<0.05 had significant statistical difference.Compare the clinical effect of the two group.Results1.The general situationThe age,sex and BMI of the two groups of subjects had no significant differences(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the routine testing(P>0.05).2.Comparison of blood lipids between the two groups before and after the treatmentThere was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment. After treatment, the blood lipid levels of the two groups were all decreased, but the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.3.Comparison of HRV parameters before and after the treatment in the experimental groupCompared with the prior treatment, after the treatment in the experimental group,SDAA,SDANN,SDNNI index and RMSSD value were significantly improved, with statistical significance(P<0.05),PNN50 value had no significant difference(P>0.05).There were significant difference in the frequency domain indexes of LF,HF too(P<0.05).4.Comparison of HRV parameters before and after treatment in the control group. After the treatment, the HRV index was improved, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.The Comparation of HRVparameters before and after the treatment between the two groups. There were no statistical difference between the two groups on related parameters before the treatment,(P > 0.05).Comparing with control group after the treatment, the time domain index SDAA,SDANN,SDNNI,RMSSD were significantly improved, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),PNN50 difference was not significant(P > 0.05).The frequency domain index LF,HF also had significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion6 months of intensive atorvastatin therapy can significantly improve the heart rate variability in patients with myocardial infarction and diabetes mellitus, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
