Objective:In order to find out whether there is any change rules of the immunologic function in patients with lung cancer and diagnose the condition and prognosis better, which may provide more theoretical evidence for treatment,we examine the ratio of their peripheral lymphocyte subsets.Method:From August 2015 to December 2016,63 patients, who were diognosed of lung cancer for the first time and finished 2 cycles of chemotherapy in our hospital, were selected as the observation group, and 30 healthy subjects,at the same time, were selected as the control group. With flow cytometry,we examined the ratio of their peripheral CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ T lymphocytes and NK cells in both the observation group and the control group. We also examined the subjects before the first chemotherapy and after they have finished 2 cycles of chemotherapy. We also analysed the differences of the above subjects between different hological types and clinical stages. We used(?x + s)to show the mean, and the same for the standard deviation. We used SPSS20.0 statistical software(Chinese Edition)to help analyse the data.If P<0.05,we say that they were not the same statistically.Results:1.The CD3+,CD4+ T lymphocytes and NK cells in the peripheral blood of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the CD8+ T lymphocytes were higher than those in the control group.2.Even if the pathological types are different,we didn't see any significantdifferences in CD3+T lymphocytes,CD4+T lymphocytes,CD8+T lymphocytes as well as in NK cells in the peripheral blood of them.3.For patients with different stages of lung cancer, the later the stages were, the lower the peripheral blood CD3+T lymphocytes,CD4+T lymphocytes and NK cells were, and the higher for the CD8+T lymphocytes.4.Lung cancer patients whose PS score was not higher than two after they finished a chemotherapy for the second time, the CD3+T lymphocytes,CD4+ T lymphocytes and NK cells in the peripheral blood of them saw a considerabale rise than that before the chemotherapy, while the CD8+T lymphocytes saw a decrease. There was no significant differences of the above subjects in the patients whose PS score was higher than two.Conclutions:Most lung cancer patients have lower immunologic function than heathy people. The later the stages are,the lower their immunologic function is.And to some extent, standard chemotherapy helps to improve the immunologic functions of lung cancer patients.Meanwhile, immunologic therapy should be taken into account as adjunctive treatments for lung cancer patients.
