Objective:small endoscopic sphincterotomy +EPBDis an important measure of ERCP for treating common bile duct stone, implantation of ERBD or ENBD during operation could keep bile duct expedite, witch could reduce correlated complications. This study aimed to provide references of clinical application of ERBD and ENBD by compare incidence rate of short-term complications of different drainage method post small endoscopic sphincterotomy+EPBD.Methods : we retrospective analyze 232 patients with common bile duct stone during June2014~June 2016 in ERCP center of 1st hospital of LanZhou university(include 2nd department of general surgery?5th department of general surgery and special procurement of surgery),patients were divided into ERBD(109 patients)and ENBD(123 patients)group by different drainage methods, and stratify the groups by different diameter of EPBD(8mm,10 mm,?12mm)during operation for study, research indexes include pre & post blood routine tests, biochemical tests, correlated post-operation complications, hospital stay and hospitalization costs. Results: if ERBD was used as drainage method, when 12 mm EPBD was performed ALT would getting down faster post surgery than patients underwent 8mm EPBD,implantation of ERBD or ENBD post small endoscopic sphincterotomy+EPBD could reduce risk of post-ercp pancreatitis(PEP)and hyperamylasaemia, when ?12mm EPBD was chosen for expanding Oddi sphincter, the incidence of cholecystitis in ERBD group is higher than ENBD group significantly. Conclusions :application of ERBD or ENBD post small endoscopic sphincterotomy+EPBDcould reduce incidence rate of PEP and hyperamylasaemia, when patient need 12 mmEPBD for expending Oddi sphincter during operation, chose ENBD as post operation drainage method could reduce risk ofcholecystitis, and the history of gallbladder stone is a risk factor of cholecystitis post ERCP.The acceptance of ERBD is higher than ENBD in patients.
