Objective To observe the diagnosis value of Procalciton in the interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections by comparing the diagnosis and prognosis of patients in the procalciton and traditional inflammatory markers.Methods This article adopted a retrospective case-control study.It selected patients of interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections from January 2014 to March 2016 in Respiratory period of the first Hospital of Lanzhou University.Grouping cases reference the CT of chest,general blood test,blood gas analysis,CRP,PCT and remaining pathogenic examination of sputum specimens and blood culture.It also included clinical manifestations,examination results and response to treatment.As a result,it was divided into interstitial lung disease bacterial infections group and non-infectious interstitial lung disease group and then compared the value of procalciton with other inflammatory markers(white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein)in the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections.Results 77 patients were enrolled.There were 46 patients in interstitial lung disease bacterial infections group;The remaining amount was elected non-infectious interstitial lung disease group.The PCT level of interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections was higher than that non-infectious interstitial lung disease,PCT[(0.74±0.31)ng / ml vs(0.17±0.11)ng / ml,P <0.01];In the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections,AUC values was 0.979 ±0.012 for PCT.The sensitivity of PCT was 93.5% at the optimum cut-off value and its specificity was93.5%.Conclusion Procalciton and other inflammatory markers in the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections have a certain diagnostic significance.Compared with other common inflammatory markers,the measurement of procalciton could develop diagnostic accuracy of interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections,with high sensitivity and specificit;meanwhile,the higher the concentration of procalciton,the worse the prognosis of patients with interstitial lung disease with bacterial infections.
