Because of the Ebola virus are high value-added,highly mutant,highly dangerous virus,the normal human immune system mechanism has been difficult to remove the virus.However,due to the continuous development of computer simulation technology and medicine,the visualization technology of biological immune system in the case of injecting drugs has become an important method and tool to study the immune system against Ebola virus.At present,drugs such as ZMapp,TKM-Ebola,T-705 have entered clinical trials,but because of the existence of a lot of side effects,not suitable for large-scale use.Therefore,the study of drug therapy for the treatment of Ebola virus disease is of great significance.In order to be able to introduce the infection process of Ebola virus under drug treatment and the related immune process from the molecular level,it is extremely important to establish an immune system model which is easy to observe and understand.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation,the damage caused by Ebola virus disease to human beings is analyzed,and the therapeutic effect and significance of drug therapy on the virus are analyzed.Based on the pharmacology of Ebola virus and the biological basis of immune system,the pathogenicity and structure of Ebola virus were described respectively.The pathogenesis of Everest pathogenicity was also introduced,and the virus Treatment progress,focusing on the progress of drug treatment.(2)The body's immune system,including the composition of the immune system,the hierarchical structure and the response mechanism,are introduced in general.Combined with Ebola virus and immune system,trying to vivid,specific image of the language and examples of the reader on the biological immune system has a general understanding of the reader from the fundamental understanding of the Ebola virus disease.(3)The necessity of modeling and the significance of model to study immune system are expounded.Two models of immune system are introduced: calculation model and conceptualmodel.Combined with the modeling requirements,characteristics and real situation,and the comparison of the model,the paper expounds the shortcomings of the two,and then leads to the study model-the three-dimensional visualization model of the immune system,and a detailed description of the three-tier model work mechanism The At the same time,in order to better simulate the immune system immune process,especially proposed a negative selection algorithm and immune genetic calculation,and made a simple introduction.(4)Several popular simulation platforms(such as Swarm,Repast,Mason,etc.)were analyzed and their applicable scenarios,disadvantages and advantages were analyzed.Through comparison,leads to this Net Logo can be multi-subject design of the simulation platform software.Based on the front desk interface design and background programming required to complete the visual simulation experiment,the model is viewed and run using C / S(client / server)and B / S(browser / server)respectively.And simulated the immune process of Ebola virus in the absence of injecting drugs and injecting drugs,and the results were analyzed and compared,and then the drugs can effectively inhibit the Ebola virus.This enhances the immune system by means of drug resistance to the immune response of the Ebola virus,the immune response,the understanding of the immune process,and intuitive feelings of the immune system.
