Study On Difference Of The Basic Medical Insurance Drug Catalogue

The basic medical insurance drug catalogue is an important part of medical insurance management,the drug catalogue play an important role in guarantee the basic medical needs and safeguard people the legitimate rights.This study through the national and regional differences between the change of the adjustment the drug catalogue,find the features and the problems,to make a suggestion for the drug catalogue become more scientific and reasonable.In this paper,I search the drug catalogue related information and collect the data.Through comparing the adjustment of the drug catalogue,using time series method analysis the change of the national drug catalogue.Compare each areas the adjustment situation,focuses on the differences,in order to serve the rationalization of adjustment.By analyzing the drug catalogue adjustment,we can find the range of coverage expanded,the proprietary of Chinese medicine in total is gradually increasing,western medicine is reverse.But overall,the proportion of western medicine is still higher than Chinese medicine.Different areas according to own medical needs to adjust,supplementary drug category trend is similar,but the single supplement is higher.Adjustmenting the drug catalogue should notice "paying equal attention to" Chinese and western medicine.A new directory selection should be classified by function,and be more scientific,rigorous,standardized,notice the change of the disease.The drug catalogue should be adjustde in time,it convenient for using new drugs.The adjustment of the national drug catalogue regard the country's major diseases,each region needs according to respective diseases to adjust,regions should showing local characteristics.
