With the rapid development of clinical testing technology,the clinical test res?lts not only need accurate and stable,but also need quickly obtain the test data,to provide the accurate data for clinical departments.In clinical laboratory,dry chemical testing technology in the field of biochemical analysis compared with traditional wet biochemical analysis has a lot of advantages such as fast and accurate,easy to keep,easy to carry and convenient operation,detection.But the dry chemistry technology applied in foreign countries is relatively mature,domesticstartlate,at this stage mainly rely on foreign mature dry film.So the development of dry biochemical tests technology with independent intellectual property rightshas important significance.In this paper,three methods for the rapid detection of cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in blood were researched.According to the test project selected different dry film supported membrane materials,preparation of dry film,dry type biochemistry analyzer and dry film.Established the standard curve for determination of the contents of TC,TG,HDL-C in the blood.To establish three methods of dry film the repeatability,linearity and inter and intra batch repeat experiment study.The preparation method of dry film color gradient is obvious,even color,good repeatability and stability,the linear range of TC is 0.565-3.39 mmol/L,TG is 2.59-9.04 mmol/L and HDL-C is 0.48-2.88 mmol/L.The prepared dry film in refrigerator under 4?,repeatability and good stability within 30 days,the intra and interassay coefficient of variation was below 5%.In line with the requirements of clinical examination,compared with clinical wet biochemical res?lts,the reproducibility of the coefficient of variation is less than 5%,it can be used in clinical detection.
