Changes Of Neurotrophic Factor Neuritin In Liver Tissue During Liver Injury In Rats And Its Significance

Objective: The expression of Neuritin in the liver tissue was induced by different time in the process of liver injury induced by liver injury in SD rats.According to the change of the content of Neuritin,Neuritin was evaluated after liver injury And to lay a theoretical foundation for further study of the molecular mechanism of hepatocyte regeneration and liver system plasticity,and to provide new ideas for regenerative repair after hepatocyte injury.Method: A total of 126 SD rats in the clean-grade SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank group,non-liver injury group and liver injury group.The blank group was not treated with any treatment,The rats in the liver injury group were treated with homozygous modified BIM-IV biological impact to establish the rat liver injury model.The model was divided into 6h,12 h,1d and 2d after the model was established.(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were measured by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining.The liver tissues were observed at each time point,and the rats were sacrificed by HE staining.Neuritin changes and expression levels.Result: ALT and AST in the serum of SD rats were higher than those in the blank group,and the increase of ALT and AST in the liver injury group was higher than that in the blank group at 1h-2d Liver injury group(P <0.01),3d-5d when the normal level.The expression of neuritin protein in liver injury group was positive at 6 h,positive at 12 h,weakly positive at 1 d-3d,but still higher than that in blank group and control group(P <0.01)Neuritin expression tends to normal levels.HE staining showed that the structure of hepatic lobule was clear and no obvious damage in blank group and non-liver injury group.Liver injury group of liver cells,there are obvious balloon-like changes,large cell necrosis of liver cells or even nuclear loss,cell necrosis.Solution: 1.In this study,we showed that the expression of Neuritin in liver tissue increased after liver injury in rats and was related to the degree of liver injury in rats.2.Through this study,we found that Neuritin,a neurotrophic factor,has a high expression around the liver injury cells in rats and is consistent with the changes of serum ALT and AST levels in liver injury.It is inferred that Neuritin may play a role in the regeneration or repair of hepatocytes Important role.
