Objective:Discuss application Dexmedetomidine will impact on the quality of burn surgery patients postoperative recovery. Methods:Elective general anesthesia of 60 patients with mild-to-moderate burn surgery,ASA Ior?class,18 ~ 60 years old,55 ~ 85 kilograms, conscious and active cooperation.Using the random number table method, the patients were divided into 2 groups:the control group(group C)and the dexmedetomidine group(group D)?Before anesthesia induction, the patients were respectively given intravenous injection dexmedetomidine 0.5 microgram/kg or same capacity of the saline solution.Use static absorption compound anesthesia, and given intravenous postoperativeself-control analgesia.Group C:100 micrograms sufentanil;group D: 100 micrograms sufentanil + 200 micrograms dexmedetomidine, both diluted with saline water to 100 ml,rate 2 ml/h,Self-control analgesia volume of 0.5 ml,the lock time of 15 mins.Observe and record with 1,6,24 hours after quiet and turn when pain VAS score, side effects(nausea, vomiting, itching, etc.)and the need to use other analgesics due to lack of analgesia as a remedy of analgesia(type, frequency and dose),as well as the quality of postoperative recovery of postoperative 1 day(Qo R-40)questionnaire.Results:1.Systolic Blood Pressure(SBP)?Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP)?Heart Rate(HR):1h and 24 h postoperatively,SBP?DBP and HR,group D were reduced compared with group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 6h,SBP and HR were reduced in group D,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the group D,the difference between the six and the 24 h was not statistically significant compared with 6h and 24 h after operation.Compared with 24 h after operation, the difference between SBP and HR was not statistically significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.Blood oxygen saturation(SpO2): no statistically significant difference between 1h,6h and 24 h.3.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS):After 1h?6h?24h,group D resting VAS and VAS were lower than group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the D group, the postoperative 6h compared to 1h after operation, and after surgery, the VAS and exercise VAS were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Qualty of postoperative recovery questionnaire score(Qo R-40):Two groups of patients score on emotional states, body comfort, psychological support, independence and the pain of a significant statistical significance difference(P<0.01);In total score, group D was significantly higher than group C,there was a significant difference in statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusions:Preoperative intravenous injection pump dexmedetomidine 0.5 microgram/kg and postoperative analgesia pump filling dexmedetomidine will increase 200 micrograms Qo R postoperatively in patients with mild-to-moderate burn surgery-40 total score, improve the quality of patients with postoperative recovery.
