Objective To investigate the characterisitic of antimicrobial resistance as well as the expression of associated gene of bacterial biofilm in Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolated.Further study the relationship between positive carriers and drug resistance of clinical isolates. Methods Seventy strains Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from Chengwu people's Hospital of Shandong province from October 2012 to October 2013.K-B disk diffusion method was used to detect the drug resistance of strains. In addition, the distribution of associated gene of bacterial biofilm was analyzed by PCR assay.Results(1)Among 70 strains Acinetobacter baumannii,40 strains were multi-drug resistant(57.14%)and 6 strains were pan-drug resistant(8.57%).(2)Bauman Acinetobacter isolates were generally resistant to 15 commonly used antimicrobial agents. The resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates for imipenem and Amikacin was the lowest, and the resistance rates were 30% and 32.86% respectively. The second low is meropenem and cefepime, the antimicrobial resistance rates were 38.57% and 41.43% respectively. To ceftriaxone, piperacillin and cefuroxime, the resistance rates were 78.57%,78.57%,and 85.71%.In addition, the antimicrobial resistant rates to other commonly used antibiotics were higher than 50%.(3)Of the 70 strains Acinetobacter baumannii,47 strains were positive for aba I gene. The positive rate was 67.14%.(4)Of totally 70 strains Acinetobacter baumannii, there were 55 strains with the int I1 gene. The positive rate was 70.14%.(5)The detection rates of csu C,csu D and csu E in 70 strains were 70%,78.57% and 72.86 respectively. The positive strains had higher resistance rates of 15 antimicrobial agents than those of negative strains, but there was no statistical significance?Conclusion(1)The resistant rates of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from Bauman are relatively high. The resistance of the isolated strains to imipenem, meropenem and Amikacin are lower, indicating that these antimicrobial agents can be used to treat the Acinetobacter infection.(2)The main site of Acinetobacter Bauman infection are respiratory tract, and the main department are the critical medicine department and department of respiration.(3)The biofilm associated gene aba I and int I1 have high detectable rate in the clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii, and they play important roles in the multi drug resistance mechanism of Acinetobacter Bauman.
