Abstract/Summary:
Objective: It is to investigate the safety, feasibility and efficacy of Clinical application of SNSRH,the significance for retention of pelvic autonomic nerve and the effect on improving postoperative bladder function by comparing Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative parameters of SNSRH patients with that of RH patients in order to provide a reliable theoretical basis for clinical, and to reduce the postoperative complications of patients and improve their quality of life. Methods: Sixty patients with cervical cancer who were treated in the gynecological ward of Yan’an University Hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were randomly selected as prospective subjects. The patients were divided into SNSRH group and RH group.30 patients in SNSRH group were treated by SNSRH surgery,RH group of 30 cases were treated by conventional RH.The average blood loss, the average operation time, the length of the main ligament of the uterus and the sacral ligament removed, the length of anterior and posterior wall of the vagina removed, the number of indwelling catheter again, the condition of pathological margin, the distribution of margin nerve of removal of cardinal and uterosacral ligament and vesicocervical ligament, relative parameters of urodynamics in Pre-Operation and Post-Operationof the two groups were compared and analyzed. All selected research indicators use Microsoft Excel software to build the database and use the SPSS 22.0 software package for statistical analysis. Results: 1.It is to compare the mean operation time of SNSRH group and RH group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no statistical significanceon the average blood loss, the length of the main ligament of the uterus and the sacral ligament removed, the length of anterior and posterior wall of the vagina removed, the condition of pathological margin between the SNSRH group and the RH group(P> 0.05).2.It is to compare and analyze the distribution of margin nerve of removal of cardinal and uterosacral ligament and vesicocervical ligament in SNSRH group and RH group, the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05)3.It is to compare and analyze the number of indwelling catheter again, relative parameters of urodynamics in Pre-Operation and Post-Operationof the two groups.the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The distribution of margin nerve of removal of cardinal and uterosacral ligament and vesicocervical ligament of SNSRH group issignificantly less than that of RH group,SNSRHslightly damaged to the PAN,which has the the purpose of retaining PAN.2.SNSRH and RH all have led to varying degrees of bladder dysfunction, but the degree of bladder dysfunction in SNSRH group was significantly lighter than that in RH group.3.SNSRH is widely used, and has the characteristics of safety, feasibility, good short-term effects.
