Objective: In order to investigate the possible incidence factors of late-onset pre-eclampsia,the study collect the relevant indicators of thyroid hormone,coagulation function,platelet function,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),monoamine oxidase(MAO)in the late-onset pre-eclampsia patients and 70 cases of normal pregnant women.At the same time,we collect the relevant indexes of renal function to analyzed the clinical significance of the changes.Methods: 138 cases of late-onset pre-eclampsia patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the experimental group.Among of them,69 cases were the mild pre-eclampsia group,and the residual 69 cases were the severe pre-eclampsia group.Other more,70 cases of normal pregnant women who were hospitalized with no complications were randomly selected as the control group.Collect the general information of two groups,collect the levels of TSH,FT4,FT3,SOD,MAO,PT,APTT,TT,FIB,MPV,PDW,PLT,s Cr,UA,Cys C and ?2-MG in all pregnant women.All datas were analyzed by the statistical software of SPSS 22.0.Results: 1.Comparison of the thyroid hormone indexes among the three groups : The severe pre-eclampsia group's mean level of TSH was significantly higher than that of the control group and the mild pre-eclampsia group,the mean level of FT4 and FT3 values were significantly lower than that of the control group and the mild pre-eclampsia group.2.Comparison of the SOD and MAO levels among the three groups : The severepre-eclampsia group's mean level of SOD was significantly decreased than the controlgroup and the mild pre-eclampsia group.The mild pre-eclampsia group's mean level of SOD was also significantly decreased than the control group.The severe pre-eclampsia group's mean level of MAO was significantly decreased than the control group.3.Comparison of the coagulation function indexes among the three groups : The severe pre-eclampsia group's mean level of PT was significantly lower than that of the control group,the mean level of TT was significantly higher than the control group.The severe pre-eclampsia group's mean level of PT and FIB were significantly lower than the control group and the mild pre-eclampsia group,and the mean level of TT was significantly higher than that of the two groups.The severe pre-eclampsia group's mean level of APTT was significantly lower than that of the mild pre-eclampsia group.4.Comparison of platelet markers among the three groups: The severe pre-eclampsia group's mean level of MPV and PDW values were significantly higher than that of the control group and the mild pre-eclampsia group,and the mean level of PLT was significantly lower than that of the two groups.5.Comparison of renal function indexes among the three groups: The mild pre-eclampsia group's mean level of UA and Cys C values were significantly higher than that of the control group.The severe pre-eclampsia group's mean level of s Cr,UA,Cys C and ?2-MG values were significantly higher than that of the control group and the mild pre-eclampsia group.Conclusions: 1.The occurrence of pre-eclampsia has an influence with the increase of the serum TSH value,and the decreased of the FT4,FT3 values.2.The occurrence of late-onset pre-eclampsia may have an influence with the decrease of antioxidant capacity or the activation of oxidative stress.3.The hyperfunction of coagulation function and the consumption of platelets may play a role in the progression of the late-onset pre-eclampsia.4.Compared with the levels of serum s Cr and ?2-MG,the levels of UA and Cys C values can reflect the early damage of renal function mare sensitive.If we can combine he changes of CR,UA,Cys C and ?2-MG to measure changes in renal function,we could found the early damage of renal function more sensitive.
