Domestic Artificial Tricuspid Soft Ring In Clinical Application Of Functional Tricuspid Regurgitation

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic artificial tricuspid soft ring by comparing the import and domestic artificial tricuspid soft ring about the treatment of functional Tricuspid Regurgitation.Methods A total of 40 patients with functional Tricuspid Regurgitation functional Tricuspid Regurgitation were selected from the first hospital of Lanzhou University from June 2015 to September 2015,and these parents were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=20,used Edwards4600 import artificial tricuspid soft ring);the experimental group(n=20,used SIDA domestic artificial tricuspid soft ring).All patients were observed and followed-up at before surgery,1 week,3 months,and 6 months after operation.The clinical of efficacy after operation was evaluated by comparing chest radiography,cardiac function Classification and echocardiography at the above points;The clinical of safety was assessed by comparing the Blood,biochemical,hemagglutination related indicators at the above points.Results The research shows,two groups parents' heart size,right atrial diameter and right ventricular diameter were significantly lower than those before operation.The tricuspid valve regurgitation,tricuspid valve pressure,tricuspid regurgitation area / right atrial area were reduced than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Two groups of patients with blood,biochemical,hemagglutination and other indicators of 6 months after surgery and preoperative difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),there was also no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion The difference was not statistically significant in this experiment between two groups tricuspid artificial soft ring about the recent clinical efficacy,performance,safety and other indicators;Domestic Sida tricuspid artificial soft ring can effectively treat functional tricuspid regurgitation,In the body of the recent organization,good blood compatibility,postoperative observation of the recent safety,may be considered in the clinical gradually promote the use.
