Objective:Use of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system,analysis of tutor professor Pan Yueli drug treatment of children with primary nephrotic syndrome characteristics and rules of formula,summarize its clinical thinking and medication experience.Methods:Collection of August 2012 to December 2012,shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital pediatric outpatient and hospitalized cases 70 cases,collect 350 prescriptions,filter Chinese medicine 203.With the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine in the auxiliary system "data analysis","prescription analysis" and "basic information statistics" functions,all the medicines,medicinal use frequency of prescriptions and drugs,make use of the "association rules analysis","complex system entropy clustering" functions such as medicine,the author explores the relations and New Zealand mining summed up academic thought and experience.Results:1.The drug use frequency of the top ten Chinese medicine followed by liquorice,poria cocos,astragalus,continous Bi Xie,cortex phellodendri,alisma,windproof,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,cicada,platycodon grandiflorum,involving the use frequency of 30.52%.Drug classification tonify deficiency in medicine(19.27%),the water moisture penetration medicine(17.11%),heat medicine(15.78%),involving the accounted for 52.16%.2.The four gas is given priority to with warm drugs,accounting for 42.55%;Mixed with sweet,bitter,bitter medicine is given priority to,accounted for 36.70%,32.02% and 32.02% respectively;To those with lung,spleen,the multiple,accounted for 19.58%,17.63%.Conclusion:1.Mentor treating pediatric nephrotic syndrome,medication to tonify deficiency,light permeability,clear heat,lishi,nourish the Lord;2.The initial drug use multi-select ephedra,forsythia,continous Bi Xie,alisma,cortex phellodendri,rice bean,ephedra prescriptions forsythia rice bean,Cheng Shi Bi Xie distinguish drinks add and subtract.3.The middle and later multiple-choice astragalus,atractylodes,windproof,yupinfeng prescriptions add and subtract.4.The clinical importance to "wet,heat,wind,and blood stasis,deficiency" characteristics of the pathogenesis.
