The Shu Gan Yang Xin Particles Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Frequent Ventricular Premature Beat With Depression

Objective: to observe the Shu Gan Yang Xin particles the clinical curative effect of treatment of frequent ventricular premature beat with depression.Methods: Choose weifang traditional cardiology outpatient and ward in May 2016 to November of frequent ventricular premature beat patients with depression with 60 cases,60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group 30 cases,two groups are in the conventional western medicine treatment of ventricular premature beat at the same time,the control group patients give Deanxit(1 piece of QD Po.),the treatment group patients give Shu Gan Yang Xin particles,a dose of daily,morning and evening for 1 hour after the meal blunt.Two groups of treatment are 4 weeks.Observe and record two groups of patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom integral,24 hours of ventricular premature beat frequency,Hamilton depression rating scale change and improve quality of life,and to statistics,the observation indexes to determine the result of before and after treatment.Results: Control group and treatment group quality of life score(VT)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD scale)score to have a good improvement,curative effect is no statistical difference between groups,in the 24 hours before and after the treatment of ventricular premature beat frequency,Chinese medicine symptom integral treatment group was better than that in control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Shu Gan Yang Xin particles in the treatment of frequent ventricular premature beat patients with depressive state with significant curative effect,in improving the patients' Chinese medicine symptom integral,24 hours of premature beat frequency is better than that in control group.In Hamilton depression scale(HAMD scale)integral,quality of life score with the control group,at the same time,in patients with long-term use of Shu Gan Yang Xin particles compared with the control group without side effects.Shu Gan Yang Xin granule can significantly improve patients with depression with frequent ventricular premature beat of Chinese medicine symptom integral,depression scale scores,24-hour premature beat frequency,to improve the quality of life,etc.,and in some degree and some clinical indicators more superior than the control group,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
