Study And Analysis Of Related Problems In The Clinical Operation Of Senile Patients With Hemorrhoids

Objective: To investigate the clinical features of old hemorrhoids patients,and discuss the treatment of the disease,to discuss issues related to effects of surgery in elderly patients with hemorrhoids,in response to the measures summed up the problems related to the elderly patients with hemorrhoids surgery in the treatment of the elderly.Therefore,it is necessary to provide reference and reference for the problems that occur before and after the treatment of the patients in the hospital.Methods: during the period from January 1,2015 to December 31,2016 in our hospital in accordance with the inclusion criteria of senile hemorrhoid operation were collected,age,gender,household history,disease,duration of preoperative patients with common underlying diseases and interventions,surgical procedures,postoperative complications and follow-up situation data,summary and statistical analysis.Results: two years in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were treated hemorrhoids patients 2182 people,with 131 in treating elderly patients with hemorrhoids surgery included patients,more women than men,the city of more patients,elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids were mostly TCM Syndromes of spleen deficiency qi stagnation syndrome.The 61.84% patients are traditional Milligan Morgan,In our hospital in elderly patients with hemorrhoids disease surgery and preoperative based disease(82.43%),of which combined hypertension,coronary heart disease,most patients with respectively 37.40%,27.48%,disease of elderly patients with preoperative combined foundation,66.67% of the physician,please come to the consultation to intervenetreatment,intervening days mostly(76.85%),1-3 days after the majority of patients still continued to maintain drug application of preoperative original treatment,16.66% of patients because of the stimulation of surgery and anesthesia in the original foundation worse situation,postoperative please relevant departments to come to consultation,three patients with postoperative old disease,transferred to relevant departments for system treatment.Postoperative treatment the higher the degree of pain,the faster the older hemorrhoid patients heart rate,in elderly patients with hemorrhoid patients postoperative defecate unobstructed appear giddy,flustered and smaller probability of chest tightness,easy cause dizziness when shit owe chang and not free,flustered and symptoms such as chest tightness.Conclusion: the elderly hemorrhoids patients in clinical common,most elderly people with preoperative underlying diseases,preoperative evaluation based on combined disease fully and effectively intervene,timely treatment of postoperative complications and the basis of the original disease control is the key of senile disease treatment of hemorrhoid surgery patients.
