Research Between Chemerin And The Patients With Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Objective:To compare the level of chemerin between the patients with OSAHS and the never snored patients with tonsillitis,and their relationship among Triglyceride?Blood-glucose?BMI?Uric acid and so on.Then,analysis weather chemerin has effect on the pathogenesis of patients with OSAHS and Metabolic Syndrome,which can provide theoretical foundation and practical evidence to the future diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.Methods:We choose the snored patients in the second affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University during 2016 June to 2017 March,they must complete the polysomnography(PSG),and then divided them into mild? moderate and severe parts,each part has 12 patients,the 12 never snored patients with tonsillitis are the controlled group.All the patients must finished the examine such as Triglyceride?Blood-glucose?Fasting Insulin.Uric acid,and they also need record the neck?waist and hip circumferences,the next step is assess the potential relationship among chemerin and all the obtained data. To analysis the index which involved in MS between the two groups,and filteate the significant index.Furthermore,assess the patients with OSAHS weather has significant relationship with chemerin.Results:The two groups have statistical differences(P<0.05) among the BMI?neck?waist and hip circumferences,waist-hip ratio between the two groups have no statistical difference(P>0.05),all the data within the OSAHS group also has no statistical difference(P>0.05),we speculate that OSAHS patients is easier lead to obesity.We also found that the TG?HDL-C?FINS?HOMA-IR and the Uric acid has statistical differences(P<0.05) between the two groups,and degree of OSAHS has positive correlation with the TG? HDL-C? HOMA-IR,which LDL-C and FBG has no statistical difference(P>0.05) between the two groups.More importantly,we found that the level of chemerin within the OSAHS patients also has positive correlation with BMI? TG and the neck circumferences. Which prompt that the level of chemerin may has relationship with the level of neck fat.Conclusions: 1 .The level of chemerin of OSAHS group is exceed the control group,which reminder that chemerin maybe the injurious factor of OSAHS. Although we found that the level of chemerin may be have relationship with the level of neck fat,Unfortunately,we cannot found chemerin has definite contact with OSAHS patients illness degree.2.The morbidity of MS also has significant difference between the two groups,and the OSAHS group is higher than the control group,which has positive correlation with the severity of OSAHS,but we cannot found MS has direct contact with chemerin.
