Objective(s):This study aims to investigate cell toxicity experimentof three denture base resins.Methods:Taking three denture base resins,including heat-curing denture base resins,room temperature curing denture base resins,light curing base rsins,detecting the influence of related genes about the cell increment rate.the cell cycle?the cell apoptosis,and determing and comparing cell toxicity in vitro of three denture base resins for cell named L929 by SRB method and Flow Cytometry method.Results:1.Room temperature curing base care resin:Cell rate:Reaction 3 days:3 days extract 58.6%,7 days extract was 66.9%;Cell proliferation OD value was statistically significant(P<0.05)?Reaction 7 days:3 days extract is 61.3%,7 days extract is 57.4%;Cell OD value was statistically significant(P<0.05)?Early cell apoptosis rate:3 days of reaction:4.4%for 3 days and 7.0%for 7 days.7 days of reaction:5.1%for 3 days and 5.5%for 7 days2.Heating curing base base resin:Cell rate:Reaction 3 days:3 days extract 78.3%;7 days extract was 76.3%;There was no significant difference in cell proliferation(P>0.05).Reaction 7 days:3 days extract is 76.4%;7 days extract is 75.7%;There was no significant difference in cell proliferation(P>0.05).Early cell apoptosis rate:3 days of reaction:3.1%for 3 days and 5.9%for 7 days;7 days of reaction:3.1%for 3 days and 3.3%for 7 days3.Photocurable base resin:Cell rate:Reaction 3 days:3 days extract was 90.2%;7 days extract was 89.1%;There was no significant difference in cell proliferation(P>0.05).Reaction 7 days:3 days extract 90.0%;7 days extract 88.8%;There was no significant difference in cell proliferation(P>0.05).Early cell apoptosis rate:3 days of reaction:2.2%for 3 days and 4.7%for 7 days;7 days of reaction:2.8%for 3 days and 2.5%for 7 days4.Room temperature curing base care resin,heat curing base base resin and light curing base care resin:Cell OD value:3 days of response:the more significant(P<0.01),which were comparable between the two groups were statistically significant.Response 7 days:more statistically significant(P<0.01),which were comparable between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The cytotoxicity of room temperature curing denture base resins is level 2,be careful of vital tooth.2.The cytotoxicity of heat curing denture base resins is level 1,be smaller effect on vital tooth.3.The cytotoxicity of light curing denture base resins is level 1,be smaller effect on vital tooth.4.The monomer and the cytotoxicity of denture base resins are positively related.
