[Objective]Through the CCK 8 method and flow cytometry test,observation to understand glass ion cement,cement poly carboxylic acid zinc,3 m from the binder resin cement three kinds of bonding materials on mouse fibroblast L929 cell proliferation rate and the effect of cell apoptosis rate and difference,provide experimental basis for clinical application.[Methods]With CCK 8 method to detect three kinds of bonding material extraction,3 d,7 d,14 d three period of cell proliferation rate(relative growth rate,RGR)and flow cytometry to detect three kinds of bonding material extraction,3 d,7 d two periods of apoptosis rate,three kinds of bonding materials on mouse fibroblast L929 and the influence of the difference.[Results]1.The RGR of the glass ion was 86.84%(3d),82.85%(7d),84.27%(14d),and the cytotoxicity was a level 1,which was a mild cytotoxicity.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in different leaching time groups.2.2.The RGR of poly carboxylic acid zinc cement were 79.26%(3 d),77.93%(7 d),72.47%(14 d),3 d and 7 d cell toxicity for level 1,14 d cytotoxicity to level 2,characterized by slight cytotoxicity.3.3 3M self-adhesive adhesives RGR is 114.34%(3d),116.57%(7d),114.84%(14d),and cell toxicity is level 0,which does not exhibit cytotoxicity.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in different leaching time groups.[Conclusion]1.The cytotoxicity of the cells of zinc carboxylic acid zinc,which is a level 1 in two groups of time,has a slight cytotoxicity;The cytotoxicity of the 14d time group was level 2,which was mild cytotoxicity;2.The cytotoxicity of the three time groups of the glass ionic water gate was 1,showing a mild cytotoxicity;3.3M self-adhesive cell toxicity is level 0,no cytotoxic;4.Three kinds of bonding materials meet the requirements of biocompatibility of the clinical application of oral materials.
