BackgroundSome scholars have shown that there is a certain increase in platelet activity in hypertensive patients, platelet in our body can be activated by a variety of factors and fibrinogen can form a stable thrombus in the platelet activator in the physiological(Thromboxane,TX)A2 produced by the metabolism of arachiodonic acid(AA)by cyclooxygenase(COX)is the most important one of the physiological activators. Some experiments Is the detection of plasma TXA2 or COX-2 levels to detect platelet activity, and aspirin by inhibiting the formation of TXA2,to inhibit platelet activity.Aspirin as a basic preventive medicine for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, has been recognized as a supreme position, the current clinical routine has long been used,it is the cornerstone of clinical treatment of arterial thrombotic disease. At present, most of the domestic research is concerned with the study of aspirin resistance in elderly hypertensive patients. With the development of society and the change of people's lifestyle, the incidence of hypertension is becoming more and more younger, and the study of middle-aged hypertensive aspirin resistance(AR)patients with middle-aged hypertension were studied by using thrombelastography(TEG)to study the characteristics of AR in middle-aged hypertensive patients and related risk factors.Guidance of clinical personalized medication to provide an important basis.ObjectiveThrombelastograph(TEG)was used to screen the patients with middle-aged hypertension with aspirin resistance, and the risk factors were analyzed.MethodsA total of 177 patients with middle-aged hypertensive patients who were treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from May 2012 to April 2016 were divided into aspirin resistance group and aspirin sensitive group according to whether or not aspirin resistance occurred. All patients were given continuous medication after 10 d,the application of Xinxiang Medical College Third Affiliated Hospital of blood transfusionthrombosis elasticity analyzer in patients with arachidonic acid induced platelet inhibition rate,<50% for aspirin resistance,? 50% sensitive to aspirin, selected Patients in the treatment of their age and sex,I have a history of alcohol, smoking history, history of drug allergy, whether the history of coronary heart disease and diabetes history, etc.,in the early morning fasting venous blood collected for biochemical testing of its specific content: C(LDL-c),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-c),urea(UREA),muscle density(LDL-c),low density lipoprotein(Creatinine,CREA),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG)and so on.Blood samples were: white blood cell count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),packed cell volume(PCV),platelet count(Platelet,PLT),lymphocyte count(Lymphocyte count,LYMPH #),monocyte counts,MONO #,neutrophil granulocyte(NEUT #),platelet volume distribution width,PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),plateletocrit(PCT).The levels of Fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were measured and analyzed by statistic method Analysis of the differences between the two groups of general clinical data.(Systolic blood pressure <140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure<90mmHg)and blood pressure non-compliance group(systolic blood pressure ? 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ? 90mmHg)were compared between the two groups of patients with aspirin resistance rate, and the The regression analysis of logistic risk factors in patients with hypertension combined with aspirin resistance.Results1.aspirin resistance(AR)and the incidence of aspirin sensitive(AS)the incidence of aspirin resistance(AR)rate was 21.5%(38/177),aspirin-sensitive(AS)rate was 78.5%(139/177).2.The incidence of AR in blood pressure compliance group was 11.8%(10/85),and the incidence of AR was 30.4%(28/92)in patients without blood pressure,The incidence of AR in the untreated group was significantly higher than that in the standard group(?2=8.978,P <0.05).The incidence of AS in patients with blood pressure was 88.2%(75/85).The incidence of AS in patients with blood pressure was 69.6%(64/92).The incidence of AS in patients with standard group was significantly higher than that in non-compliance group Statistically significant(?2= 13.623,P <0.05).3.Compared with the AS group, the body weight,FPG and systolic blood pressure ofthe patients in the AR group were significantly higher than those in the AS group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were more female patients in the AR group than in the AS group(P <0.05).Conclusions1.The incidence of AR in non-compliance group was higher than that in blood pressure group;2.AR with high quality,FPG,blood pressure is not up to a significant correlation;3.female patients may have more AR.
