Purpose:To evaluate the different effect of linear repair and endoventricular patch plasty of left ventricular aneurysm. Methods:We searched the articles published on the following databases from 1985.01 to 2016.12:Pubmed;?EMBase?Cochrane Library Controlled Trials databases?GoogleScholar?China Academic Journal Net Database(CNKI)?VIP Chinese Science and Technology Perodicals Database?Wanfang Data.Retrieval language limitation.Included comparison of linear repair and endoventricular patch plasty in treatment of leftventricular aneurysm nonrandomized comparative studies, and observed the perioperative motality,LCO occurrence rate and NYHA Classes on long-terms follow-up.By 2 reviewers independently extracted data according to the inclusion criteria and cross-checked,according to the Cochrane handbook 5.0.2 recommended“bias risk assesment" tool for risk of bias assessment of included studies.Using RevMan5.3 version for statistical analysis.Results:9 studies are included,a total of 1178cases.Results of the perioperative motality[OR=1.64,95%CI(0.96,2.81),p=0.07]?LCO occurrence rate[OR=1.29,95%CI(0.91,1.83),p=0.16];NYHAClass[OR=0.01,95%CI(?0.08,0.11),p=0.76]show no statistically differences. Conclusions:Linear repair and endoventricular patch plasty have no significant differences on perioperative motality?LCO occurrence rate and NYHA Classes.Specific situations on patients should be considered when the operation is taken. |
