Recent Advances In The Relationship Between Pregnancy-associated Plasma Protein-A And Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian cancer is one of the three malignant tumors of the female reproductive organs,the total death rate remains first among the malignant tumors of female genital organs,so that an effective therapeutic target for ovarian cancer is very important.The study found that the IGF family has a crucial role in formation and development of ovarian cancer,therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship between Pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A and IGF family by searching the relevant literature,combined with the IGF family of ovarian cancer and summarize the relationship between Pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A and ovarian cancer to provide a starting point for a new therapeutic target of ovarian cancer.
