The Research Of 3M Compression Fixation Tape In Patients With Oral Tracheal Intubation

ObjectiveThis research adopts the improved method of 3M tape fixed of patients who were be intubated the breathing tube for mechanical ventilation,by comparing the catheter fixed effect,patients ’ oral condition,related complications,cost and other indicators,we want to observe the application effect of modified method of 3M adhesive plaster application for ICU patients after the breath tube intubation.We will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the patients with mechanical ventilation;This study will provide theoretical basis for its popularization and application of improved 3M adhesive plaster for the breath tube intubation line.MethodsThis study select 117 patients who were be intubated the breathing tube for mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit of the Second Affiliated hospital of Nanchang University from 1st Jan 2016 to 31 st Dec 2016.We divided these patients into three groups by using the random number table method,Including group 1,group 2 and group 3.The group 1 was given the trachea intubation holder,The group 2 was given traditional methods(including ordinary fabric and inch with fixed),the group 3 was given the improved 3M adhesive plaster.All patients had recepted normal oral care 3 times a day(08:00、16:00、24:00),after oral care,these patients will be adopted the original method of fixed endotracheal intubation.We observe the difference of three groups,patients by comparing the tracheal intubation fixed effect,oral cavity cleanness,oral care,count,the incidence of oral cavity mucous membrane stress injury and ventilator associated pneumonia,cost and other indicators,then we know the application effect of modified method of 3M adhesive plaster application for ICU patients after the breath tube intubation.All dates would be processed by SPSS18.0,Measurement data was using(x ±s),the three groups were compared using analysis of variance,the comparison between the LSD-t test,count data using non parametric test,It will be the statistically when P<0.05.result1、There was no statistically significant difference between experimental group and control group in gender,age,endotracheal intubation days and APACHE II score(P > 0.05).2、 In the effect of fixed tracheal intubation,the rate of experimental catheter displacement and emergence is lower than the group 2(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the group 1(P>0.05).3、In terms of oral cleanliness,experimental group patients were higher than the control group(P < 0.05).4、The length of time for oral care,experimental group was significantly lower than the group 2 and the group 3(P < 0.05),There was no statistically significant difference about the length of time for oral care preparation between three groups(P > 0.05).5、The incidence of mucous membrane stress injury ulcer is lower than another two groups(P < 0.05).In terms of VAP,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).6、In terms of cost,There was statistically significant difference in the cost of daily consumption and in their daily fixed number between 3 groups(P < 0.05),We found that the experimental group had a lower cost of daily consumption and the times is the lowest of average daily intubation fixation.Conclusion1、3M tape fixation method is better than the traditional fixation method in the treatment of oral tracheal intubation,And 3M tape fixation method can reduce the incidence of tube insertion shifts and removal,comparing the tracheal intubator.2、 The 3M pressure fixed tape method increases the cleanliness of the patient’s mouth.3、The 3M pressure fixed tape method can decrease the time of oral care and reduces the cost of care.4、The 3M pressure fixed tape method can reduces the incidence of stress injury in the oral cavity and oral complications.
