Objective:Colon cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system,with the development of laparoscopic technique and mature,there are several production of different surgical approach,but there is no clear conclusion at present that which specific approaches is much better,the clinical trials comparing caudal-to-cranial approach and the medial-to-lateral approach two different approach to the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic right half colon cancer radical.Methods:Select 40 cases who diagnosis of right-hemi colon cancer and underwent laparoscopic surgery from the second affiliated hospital of Nanchang university from January 2016 to December 2016.According to different surgical approach is divided into caudal-to-cranial group and the medial-to-lateral group,count and Analysis of the all patients with the median operation time,the blood loss,the total number lymph nodes removed,the number of positive lymph node,the median time for passage of flatus,the first defecation time,removal of drainage tube time,drainage tube,and postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications,etc.Result:there is no Statistical differences between the two groups at the total number lymph nodes removed,the number of positive lymph node,the median time for passage of flatus,the first defecation time,removal of drainage tube time,drainage tube,and postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications,but the median operation time,the blood loss of the caudal-to-cranial approach group is less of than the medial-to-lateral approach group.Conclusion:the caudal-to-cranial approach can shorten the operation time,reduce intraope-rative blood loss,conducive to improve the operation safety.
