Investigation Of The Clinical Charactistics Between CTD-ILD And IPAF

BACKGROUND: CTD-ILD is a group of secondary to connective tissue disease of interstitial pneumonia,through the autoimmune response to the body damage caused by systemic diseases(including rheumatoid arthritis,systemic Sclerosis,systemic lupus erythematosus,primary Sjogren's syndrome,etc.).IPAF has proposed a new concept in recent years,which is a characteristic clinical feature between ITP and CTD-ILD,but can not diagnose CTD.Some scholars believe that CTA-ILD morbidity may be the early stage of CTD As well as the rising mortality rate,early detection of IPAF becomes particularly importantObjective : Through the research of CTD-ILD and IPAF of the clinical manifestation,imaging,pathology and autoantibodies,to explore their clinical characteristics and facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.Methods: To investigate the relationship between CTD-ILD,IPAF,connective tissue disease,interstitial lung disease,SSc,SLE and NSIP,and to find out the relevant research on CTD-ILD and IPA,from clinical manifestation,imaging,Pathology,autoantibodies,treatment and other aspects of analysis,final summaryResult and conclusion: IPAF is a kind of clinical features such as CTD-ILD disease,extracapsular manifestations of IPAF patients,serology and chest radiography.It is found that in the treatment of ILD patients,skilled workers,high titer nucleolus antinuclear antibodies,imaging NSIP Overlapping OPs may be characteristic of IPAF.Clinically unable to meet the diagnosis of CTD-ILD,should consider the possibility of the existence of IPAF.
