The controlled material distribution is important for creating anisotropic building blocks and introduces an extra design parameter.Recently,Janus particles havegarnered much interest due to their anisotropic properties for many applications inresearch and technology.In this paper,,we reported a one-step-two-phase emulsion synthesis approach as a universal route to prepare Janus nanoparticles with multifunctional(like plasmonic,magnetic and fluorescent)properties.By using magnetic and fluorescent Janus nanoparticles to replace the fixed primary capture antibodies on microtiter plates and enzyme-linked secondary antibodies for colorimetric detection,respectively,the in vitro detection of pro state specific antigen conductedunder the consideration of simp lify ing the traditional enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay,and the linear concentration-dependent detection range can fit for the current clinical diagnostic requirements.We hope this mass yield multifunctional Janus nanoparticles' method 'could shed light to those fields of both traditional colorimetric biosensing and modern precision medicine.Surface-assisted self-assembly of amyloid-like peptides has received considerab le interest in both amyloidosis research and nanotechnology in recent years.Hence,it is of paramount to study the fibrosis of amyloid protein,and further to analyze the core sequence peptides which cause the fibrosis.This study may shed light a better understanding of the pathogenesis of these diseases,and a good exploration of the ways for treatments and cure.GAV-9(VGGAVVAGV)is a conserved seque-nce of three neurodegenerative disease-related proteins:a-synuclein.A? peptide an d prion.This experiment by studying the use of GAV-9 synthetic GAV-12(NH2-V GGAVVAGVVGG-CONH2)and GAV-15(NH2-VGGAVVAGVVGGAVV-CONH2)self-assembly process on mica surface.Observed by atomic force microscopy,we found that they are similar with GAV-9 that develop with a kind of epitaxialgrowth patterns of self assembly.And the height of GAV-12 and GAV-15 fiber increased by 0.7nm andl.4nm on the basis of GAV-9 height respectively.
