Objective Comparison of improved reverse puncture with purse string forceps anastomosis by laparoscopy assisted total gastrectomy in intraoperative and postoperative short-term effect. To investigate the application of of improved reverse puncture in laparoscopic assisted total gastrectomy. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients who were enrolled to receive laparoscopic assisted total gastrectomy(esophageal jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis)from December 2012 to December 2015 was retrospectively analyzed.According to the method of anastomose,it divided into 25 cases of observation group(improved reverse puncture group)and 25 cases of control group(purse string forceps group). The operation time, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, length of stay in hospital, first anal exhaust time and complication rate of two groups were compared. Results The incision length of improved reverse puncture group is shorter than the purse string forceps group's significantly(P<0.05).The differences of the operation time, first anal exhaust time, intraoperative blood loss, length of stay in hospital and complication(anastomotic leakage, wound healing and infection, intestinal obstruction, pulmonary infection)rate are not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion By comparing with the method of purse string forceps, found two patients short-term curative effect is similar, but improved reverse puncture in the precondition of no more complications and side injury, more in line with the purpose of minimally invasive, worthy of further research in clinical application.
