objective To observe the effect on ovarian reserve function in patients with tubal pregnancy under different surgical methods. Methods To investigate 120 patients with tubal pregnancy under surgical treatment from January 2015 to March 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College. The patients were divided into three groups singed A,B and C.Group A underwent laparoscopic tubal resection.Group B underwent laparoscopic salpingotomy.Group C underwent laparoscopic partial excision of fallopian tube.At the same time,40 healthy persons were selected as control group.Detecting 3 groups of patients in the first and third menstrual cycle after the operation and the healthy subjects on the serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and testosterone(T)levels, the resistance of seedlings anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)level.Using transvaginal Doppler ultrasonic technique, detecting on both sides of the ovarian antral follicle count(AFC).Results There was no statistical difference between the four groups on age, menopausal time and serum chorionic gonadotropin(P>0.05).The patients of the group A,compared with the control group, the FSH and LH levels is increased after the operation in the first and third menstrual cycle(P<0.05),while E2,P,T and AMH levels decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, there were no significant difference between the FSH,LH,E2,P,T,AMH after the operation in group B and group C(P>0.05).The data in group A for the first and third menstrual cycle after the operation was no significant difference(P>0.05).In group A,there was significant decrease in AFC in the contralateral ovary compared with the affected ovary(P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic tubal resection has an effect on ovarian reserve function and resulting in diminished ovarian reserve, laparoscopic salpingotomy and laparoscopic partial excision of fallopian tube surgery has no significant effect on ovarian reserve function.
