Objective: To investigate the association between the ratio of right ventricular diameter to left ventricular diameter and COPD patients with PH,and to study the relationship between CRP,BNP,blood gas analysis,RDW and COPD patients with PH through the retrospective analysis,so as to more rapid and convenient to evaluate COPD patients combined with PH,and to better treat,improve the prognosis and increase the survival rate.Methods:This study collected 80 COPD patients during the period of hospitalization in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wangnan Medical College from March 2015 to December 2016.To compare COPD patients with COPD patients combined with PH in a variety of indicators including RV/LV,blood gas analysis,BNP and D-D,CRP,RDW to confirm the relationship between them.Results: RV/LV,BNP,D-D,CRP,RDW and PCO2 of COPD combined with PH were significantly higher than that of COPD with normal pulmonary artery pressure,and the indicators of COPD with severe PH were higher than that of COPD with mild PH,which shared with significant statistical difference(F=22.94,20.29,13.51,28.74,17.6912.73,respectively,P < 0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that RV/LV,BNP,D-D,CRP,RDW and PCO2 of COPD had a positively significant correlation withpulmonary artery hypertension(r = 0.57,0.59,0.46,0.63,0.51,0.48,respectively,P <0.01).PO2 of COPD with normal pulmonary artery pressure are significantly higher than that of COPD combined with PH,and that of COPD with mild PH are higher than that of COPD with sever PH,which shared with significant statistical difference(F=27.63,P < 0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that PO2 of COPD had a negatively significant correlation with pulmonary artery hypertension(r =-0.61,P< 0.01).Conclusion:RV/LV,BNP,D-D,CRP,RDW and PCO2 of COPD had a positively significant correlation with pulmonary artery hypertension,and PO2 of COPD had a negatively significant correlation with pulmonary artery hypertension.The above indicators may be used as a useful index to predict the severity of PH to some extent.
