Research Background:The latest Chinese type 2 diabetes epidemiological survey shows that China's population over 20 years of age the prevalence of diabetes has been as high as 9.7%,The number of patients more than 92 million.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the chronic complications of diabetes.Diabetic heart autonomic neuropathy(DCAN)is one of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. There is no conclusive conclusion about its pathogenesis,May be associated with metabolic abnormalities, oxidative stress, microvascular disease, lack of neurotrophic factors and other factors.Diabetic heart autonomic neuropathy with occult onset, progressive development, symptoms appear early, less self-mitigation of clinical features. It can cause painless myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia and even sudden cardiac death and so on.Hyperuricemia is considered a metabolic abnormalities of a marker. It is closely related to hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetic nephropathy, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Tests have confirmed that in patients with type 2 diabetes, diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with high prevalence of hyperuricemia than non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients;diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with elevated levels of uric acid than non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy Patient.Research purposes:In this study, the SUDOSCAN Diabetes Complications Detector(eZscan instrument)will be used to screen for cardiac major neuropathy(DCAN)in diabetic patients,And observe the level of blood uric acid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and related blood biochemistry, clinical data, the use of diabetes eZscan instrument measured limb sweat conductivity difference between the average group:type 2 diabetes heart autonomic neuropathy group and noncardiac autonomy And to explore the relationship between serum autonomic neuropathy and uric acid and other biochemical indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide evidence for prevention of cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Research methods:A total of 146 patients with type 2 diabetes who had been diagnosed in our hospital from October 1,2016 to February 28,2017 were selected, the average age is(60± 10).Record the general information such as gender, age, body mass index, and so on.Serum levels of serum uric acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, serum creatinine, fasting insulin, fasting C peptide, urinary albumin and other biochemical indexes were collected(DCAN%),according to whether the risk value of cardiac autonomic neuropathy was ?25%was divided into type 2 diabetes mellitus heart autonomic neuropathy risk group and 2 diabetes mellitus with autonomic neuropathy risk factor Diabetes mellitus noncardiac autonomic neuropathy risk group, and the other according to the patient sex and blood glucose grouping, were compared. The included indicators included general clinical data and laboratory biochemistry, urinary microprotein, and so on.All data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Research result:1.General information:A total of 146 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study, the average age is(60± 10),including 83 males,63 females, and 8 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus autonomic neuropathy, group 2 diabetes mellitus noncardiac autonomic neuropathy risk group 48 example.2.There was a significant difference in age, body mass index(BMI)and serum creatinine between type 2 diabetes mellitus heart autonomic neuropathy risk group and type 2 diabetes mellitus noncardiac autonomic nerve risk group(P<0.001,P = 0.017,P<0.001).3.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001,P = 0.001,P = 0.017,P<P = 0.04,P = 0.024).SUDOSCAN detection technique found that in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, cardiac autonomic neuropathy and age were statistically different(P<0.01).4.According to the DCAN score of>25%,divided into type 2 diabetic heart autonomic neuropathy risk group and type 2 diabetes noncardiac autonomic neuropathy risk group,SPSS logistic regression analysis found that age[OR =1.213(1.123-1.311)(P<0.001),body mass index BMI[OR = 1.299(1.073-1.573),P = 0.007)was closely related to the risk of DCAN,but there was no statistically significant correlation between serum uric acid, sex, blood lipid and blood glucose.5.According to HbA1C target is<7%for the standard is divided into blood glucose compliance group and blood glucose non-compliance group, found in both groups in age, fasting blood glucose, serum creatinine, fasting C peptide there was a significant statistical difference.(P=0.038,P=0.000,P=0.001,P=0.02)?Analysis conclusion:1.In patients with type 2 diabetes, the older the patient, the higher the BMI,the higher the serum creatinine, the higher the risk of cardiac autonomic neuropathy in the patient.2.In patients with type 2 diabetes, accompanied by patient age, fasting blood glucose, serum creatinine increased, patients with glycosylated hemoglobin compliance rate is lower.3.The correlation between serum uric acid level and cardiac autonomic neuropathy was found in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by SUDOSCAN detection technique.
