Objective : to evaluate short-term prognosis in acute ischemic stroke receiving rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 66 patients admitted between June 2012 to November 2016 presenting with acute ischemic stroke who receiving intravenous thrombolytic treatment, the patient’s clinical data including age, gender, past history(like smoking, drink, stroke, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease, and the like),onsetto-door time, blood pressure before thrombolysis,NIHSS score before and after thrombolysis was obtained;modified Rankin Scale score(mRS)were assessed when discharged;the relationship between these indexes and mRS score was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical standard software. Results:among 66 patients,The mean age was 60.3 years(age range,27-86 years),about three-quarters(75.76%)were male;23 patients(34.85%)achieved favorable outcome(defined as mRS < 3)and 43 patients(65.15%)achieved poor outcome(defined as mRS≥3),two patients died;univariate analysis showed that poor outcome group had longer onset-to-doortime(p=0.03),higher baseline NIHSS score(p=0.045),more hemorrhagic transformation(p=0.000).Logistic regression analysis suggested that baseline NIHSS score was significantly associated with short-term prognosis. Conclusion: 1 、 the risk of intracranial hemorrhage after intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke is relative low in our hospital;2 、 neurologic deficit severity of cerebral infarction before and after thrombolysis is independent risk factors for short-term prognosis.
