Objective : To analyze the effects of restrictive fluid infusion on postoperative complications in patients undergoing Laparoscopic Colonic surgeryMethods : 80 patients undergoing Laparoscopic Colonic surgery with general anesthesia were registered with inclusion criteria :35 to 70 years old,BMI(body mass index)18 to 30,ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ.Using the random number table method, patients were divided into two groups: Restrictive group(group R)and standard group(group L).Restrictive group(group R):before anesthesia induction till the end of surgery, transfusion rate was 6 ml/(Kg.H),maintaining central venous pressure(CVP)between 5~8cmH2o.Standard group(group L):Rate of fluid administration=CVE+deficit+maintenance+loss+third space. In two groups crystalloids to colloids ratio was 2:1.In both groups examination of arterial blood gas analysis were done before anesthesia induction(T1),1h post surgery(T2),24 hrs post surgery(T3).Liver function test, renal function test were done before 24 hrs anesthesia induction(T1),24 hrs post surgery(T3).And observation of postoperative complications.Results:1.There was no statistical significance between patient’s generalsituation and operation time between the 2 groups(P>0.05).2.There was no statistical significance in the operation time, extubation time, intraoperative blood loss and urine output between the 2 groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of two groups: Within the same group, there was no significant difference in PO2、PCO2、BE、Hb between T1,T2 and T3(P>0.05).Comparison of two groups there was significant difference in T2 T3 Hct compared with T1(P<0.05).4.Comparison of two groups: there was no statistically significant difference between T1,and T3 Alb,Scr,Ccr,(P > 0.05).5.The cardiovascular system, respiratory system complications, postoperative infection, the incidence of postoperative delirium of restrictive transfusion was less than the unrestricted group, but it is similar between the two groups, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).6.Comparison of two groups:Complications of digestive system, total complications and Total patients with complications was significantly reduced in the restricted group(P < 0.05).7.There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative physical activity, removal of Foley’s catheter and Length of hospital stay(P>0.05).Comparison of two groups: the first time of flatulence, defecation, eating solid food in the restricted group was significantly less than that in unrestricted group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The restrictive fluid management can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduces the rate of postoperative complications.
