Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment of recurrence of uterine cavity adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion by collecting the clinical data of patients with intrauterine adhesions and comparing the curative effect of three different methods of treatment.Method: A retrospective analysis was carried out to explore the clinical datas of 103 cases of intrauterine adhesion patients who were treated in the department of family planning of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2015 to November 2016.They were divided into A group(46 paitents),B group(34 paitents)and C group(23paitents))according to methods of preventing readhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion. The paients were treated with sequential estrogenprogestin+IUD was placed in the uterine cavity after operation in group A.The paients were treated with sequential estrogen-progestin+IUD was placed in the uterine cavity +intrauterine perfusion of G-CSF in group B.The paients weretreated with sequential estrogen-progestin+the Foley balloon was filled in the uterine cavity+intrauterine perfusion of G-CSF in group C.All the patients were kept with sodium hyaluronate gel at 3-5 ml after transcervical resection of adhesion in the uterine cavity. The second hysteroscopy was performed in third months after surgery,we recorded the satisfaction degree of the reconstruction of the uterine cavity, the repair of the endometrium and the recovery of menstruation.Three months later,we followed up the patients by telephone and recorded wether they pregnancy.Statistical analysis of data by SPSS 22.0.Result: 1.Compareing the general data of the three groups of patients(age, abortion times, weight, gravida, number of uterine cavity operation, disease time, preoperative duration of preoperative endometrial thickness, degree of intrauterine adhesions, reasons of visiting hospital),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference among the three groups in the effective rate, the effective rate of reconstruction of the uterine cavity and the pregnancy rate(p>0.05).Conclusion: Supplemented with sequential estrogen-progestin and sodium hyaluronate gel in the uterine cavity, the placement of IUD,IUD was placed in the uterine cavity and combined with intrauterine perfusion of G-CSF,the Foley balloon was filled in the uterine cavity and combined with intrauterine perfusion of G-CSF all can effectively prevent intrauterine adhesions again after transcervical resection of adhesion. There was no significant difference between the three groups.
