Objectives:Through systematic review analysis of 11 years Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE)in the diagnosis of with Lupus Nephritis(LN)of hospitalized patients with hormone therapy and outcome, for timely diagnosis and timely treatment and to provide clinical basis to improve the prognosis of LN patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis in January 2005 to January 2016 in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University in the diagnosis of clear, complete data of 1027 cases of hospitalized patients with SLE,and analysis 360 cases of definitive diagnosis of Lupus Nephritis patients with primary hormone treatment and steroid pulse therapy outcome with clinical datas.Results:1.In January 2005-January 2016 there are 1027 cases of SLE patients hospitalized, which conforms to the diagnostic criteria of lupus nephritis patients, there are 360 cases(35.05%),50 cases of male, female 310 cases(male:female =1:6.2).The average age of is 32.67,8 to 69 years old.2.There are 81 LN patients underwent renal biopsy and pathological examination, pathological classification, the most popular type is type ? 54 cases(66.67%),followed by type ?(14.81%),more than for type ?(9.88%),type VI(4.94%),type ? + ?(2.47%),type ?(1.23%).3.There is no significant statistical differences between gender, age, the laboratory indexes before within those three treatment group, after the treatment it is different from before at the data of 24 hours urinary protein,C3,albumin numerical, and after the treatment 24 h urine protein was decreased, the C3 and albumin values was increased.4.There were no statistical differences between the laboratory indicators in the first and third months after treatment of three treatment groups;after six months of treatment the group ? differ from group ?,? in terms of the 24hours urinary protein, and compared group ? with group ? there is no statistical difference;after twelve months of treatment group ? have difference at 24 hours urinary protein,C3,albumin values in comparison with group ?,?,but between group ? and ?compared with no significant differences.5.After 1 month,3 months of treatment there is no statistical difference between three treatment group at the curative effect, after six or twelve months of treatment 500 mg,1000 mg steroid pulse therapy effect better in the conventional dose group, and 500 mg and 1000 mg effect has no obvious difference between the treatment group.Conclusions:1.More than one-third of SLE patients have kidney damage and diagnosis of lupus nephritis.LN patients with pathological type, type ? most, accounts for two-thirds of the whole.the most popular type is type ? 54 cases(66.67%),followed by type ?(14.81%),more than for type ?(9.88%),type ?(4.94%),type ?+?(2.47%),type ?(1.23%).2.The 500 mg,1000 mg steroid pulse therapy curative effect better to the conventional dose group, there is no obvious difference between 500 mg and 1000 mg.
