Objective: the effect of renal tissue in rats of M type PLA2 R and IgG4 observation of experimental PS-T on expression of membranous nephropathy,explore and study effect of Huaier treatment of membranous nephropathy and its possible mechanism.Methods: 50 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,10 rats in each group,namely control group,model control group,Tripterygium PS-T group,high dose group,low dose group of ps-t.According to the Boeder method,the rat model of membranous nephropathy was induced.The film made after the success of the treatment group was given PS-T and Tripterygium tablets for 8 weeks.Were observed before and after treatment,24 h urinary protein serum albumin(ALB),cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)changes;the pathological changes of renal tissues of rats with light microscope and electron microscope observation of membranous nephropathy;membranous nephropathy and renal expression the organization of rat M type PLA2 R and IgG4 deposition by immunohistochemistry.Results: 1,PS-T can reduce CBS-A membranous nephropathy 24 h urinary protein in rats,increase the level of serum albumin,serum urea nitrogen,there was statistical significance compared with the model control group(P < 0.01);PS-T low dose group and Tripterygium group,was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2,PS-T can reduce the renal tissue of M type PLA2 R and IgG4 expression,compared with the model group,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05);PS-T low dose group and Tripterygium group,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3,PS-T can reduce the deposition of membranous nephropathy in rats with immune complexes in the glomerular basement membrane,reduce the renal pathological changes.Conclusion: 1,PS-T can reduce membranous nephropathy rats urinary protein excretion,enhance plasma albumin,decrease serum urea nitrogen.2,PS-T can reduce the deposition of membranous nephropathy rat glomerular basement membrane immune complexes,thereby reducing the pathological damage of membranous nephropathy.3,PS-T can reduce the expression of membranousnephropathy in renal tissue of rats with M PLA2 R and IgG4,thus reducing the deposition of membranous nephropathy target antigen.
