In recent years,with the development of technology,the increasingly rapid pace of life of people,fast paced lifestyle is putting more pressure on people.Accumulation of long-term stress must seriously harm your health.But with the development of cognitive neuroscience and psychology,it reveals that we can help people adjust their physiological state in time by adjusting the state of brain activity,and more and more attention has been paid to the research of these methods.And it's very popular to use music to regulate the state of brain activity,because music contains the rich emotion of human beings,and can stimulate people's hearing with its unique beats.The contribution of the dissertation is as follow:1.This paper presents a method of music stimulation based on light music and the change of beat gradient and left and right channel amplitude.We calculate the gravity frequency of EEG data which is from experiment,and take some operations on the EEG data,just as outlier processing,data standardization,feature extraction.And then we use a variety of machine learning classification algorithm to classify the EEG signals.The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the desired effect faster than the original light music.2.This paper presents a new method based on classical chinese light music to change the rhythm of the beat and the amplitude of the left and right channel.The analyses of gravity frequency of EEG data show that the brain can be regulated by this method and the regulation time is about 2min,which can promote the brain to relax,compared to chinese classical light music and other types of songs,the adjustment time is shortened by about 1~2min;And based on the random forest algorithm,the EEG data of two stages before and after the adjustment are classified and identified.The average recognition accuracy is up to 86.69%,compared to chinese classical light music and other types of songs,higher than 2%~7%.The above results indicate that the stimulation method of western electronic music synthesis light gradient and amplitude of alternating left and right channel based music,compared to the western electronic music synthesis,the former can induce the brain more quickly and effectively improve mental alertness.3.This paper presents a new method of western electronic music stimulation based on the change of beat gradient and left and right channel amplitude.The analyses of gravity frequency of EEG data show that when the duration of adjusting is about 1~2min,The brain can be promoted alertness by this method,and it compared to the original synthesis of western electronic music,the setting time is shortened by nearly half;And based on random forest algorithm to adjust before and after adjustment the two stage EEG data classification,the average recognition rate is up to 85.48%,compared to the western electronic original synthetic light music,2.08% higher.The above results indicate that the stimulation method of western electronic music synthesis light gradient and amplitude of alternating left and right channel based music,compared to the western electronic music synthesis,the former can induce the brain more quickly and effectively improve mental alertness.
