Object:The aim of this study is monitoring the hemodynamic changes in renal transplantation,to guide liquid treatment and use vasopressor during the surgery.Method:This study was conducted on 43 patients who come from the Gan Mei Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University with end-stage renal disease undergoing renal transplantation during June 2016 to January 2017.Patients were 26 males and 17 females with a mean age of 39±10 years,a mean weight of 55.5± 9.7kg,a mean height of 164.5± 7.8cm.ASA physical status ?.Everyone must has hemodialysis before the surgery that 12-48 hours ago.Patients with arrhythmia,patients with aortic regurgitation were excluded from the study,as well as patients who need to breath out at the end of the positive ventilation.Hemodynamic variables including SVV?SV?SVR and CO were obtained 5 minutes before the surgery(t1),before the external iliac vein clamping(t2),the external iliac vein clamping(t3),after the external iliac vein opening(t4),after renal graft reperfusion(t5),end of the surgery(t6).According to the value of the above four indicator guide liquid treatment and use vasopressor during the surgery?Result:During the six period,There was statistically significant difference in monitoring parameters of SVV?SVR?SV?CO when t1 compared with t2?t4?t5 and t6,There was statistically significant difference in monitoring parameters of SV?SV?CO t2 compared with t3,t3 compared with t4,t4 compared with t5.There was statistically significant difference in monitoring parameter of SVR when t4 compared with t5,t 4 compared with t 6.Conclusion:Monitoring the hemodynamic changes in renal transplantation with EV1000.It can guide liquid treatment and use vasopressor and improve cardiac function in different times.Make sure there is an optimal haemodynamic before the renal vessels open,to ensure the perfusion.
