Clinical Research Of Children Motor Development Retardation Based On Daqi And Yangqi From The Theory Of Qi Monism

Background:With the development of medical science and technology,improvement of neonatal rescue.strengthen the technology of neonatal intensive care,resulting in increasing the rate of high risk infants birth and survival rate year by year,the incidence of brain injury in children with corresponding showing increasing trend.At the same time,because of the development of people's living standard,the higher level of education,more and more parents pay attention to children's psychomotor development,so as soon as possible,timely and effective treatment of children with motor retardation has become a major issue.Children with developmental delay is a difficult disease of Pediatrics,is a worldwide medical problem,so far,there is no effective treatment plan,but also in pure Chinese medicine treatment is still blank.This study is main to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Lv Ying's clinical understanding and treatment of children with developmental delay,and to analyze the effect of objective data.Objective:Through the summary of Professor Lv Ying of the theoretical understanding and treatment of growth retardation in children,growth retardation in children should be treated based on Daqi and Yangqi.Based on the theory,collect and analyse the date,to provide the effectiveness of this method,to find a effective way to improve the motor ability of children.Method and Content:We designed a set of clinical effect observation method,through consulting the literature and consulting experts.We collect the information of 30 cases,which be treated in ancient Chinese medicine treatment center of Nanfang Hospital,from January 2015 to March 2017.The 30 cases were treated only with chinese medicine based on Daqi and Yangqi.Every half of a month,the 30 cases were treated once,each time 7 doses of medicine,each medicine is divided into 2 days,divided into 2 times every day,each time 50ml,one hour after the breakfast and dinner.Each case was treated six times,and be tested by the GMFM to collect the dates,before the treatment,half a month after three treatments,half a month after six treatments.We built a database though SPSS20.0 statistical software,one-way classification ANOVA was used to analyse the dates,though latin square ANOVA analyzing the factors,including age,gender and initial condition,with P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Through the analysis of clinical data,we can get a conclusion:Based on Daqi and Yangqi to treat the Children motor development retardation is effective.From the results of data analysis,we can know that the first three treatments were better than the latter three,which explains that the therapeutic effect was increased with the prolongation of time.From the results of data analysis,We find that the age,gender and initial condition all have no influence on the research results,which proved this therapeutic method is universally applicable.
