Objective: Through urodynamics data contrast the curative effect of traditional TURP and after the intervention of urodynamics in the treatment of BPH with detrusor weak.Analysis of urodynamics in the treatment of BPH with detrusor weak.Methods: Collected from 2014 to 2016 in hospital treatment of 60 patients with detrusor weak BPH.According to the matching principle can be divided into group A(30 cases)and group B(30 cases).A group of 30 patients were performed the traditional TURP.B group of 30 cases were treated by urodynamics data intervention,28 patients of group A were performed the traditional TURP,2 cases were treated by simple urethral catheterization.Follow-up after surgery in patients with maximum urinary flow rate,residual urine volume,international prostate symptom score and the quality of life score.Results: A group of 30 cases,cured 7 cases,improved in 6 cases,17 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 43.3%.B group of 30 cases,cured 7 cases,improved in 8 cases,16 cases ineffective.Compared two groups of data before and after operation,P < 0.05,compared to group A and group B data,P > 0.05.Conclusion: Conclusion one,the traditional TURP and after the intervention of urodynamics methods were effective for the treatment of BPH with detrusor weak.Urodynamics can be as an indicator to evaluate the treatment effect of BPH with detrusor weak.Conclusion two,the curative effect of TURP and after the intervention of urodynamics methods did not see obvious difference.The curative effect of TURP and after the intervention of urodynamics methods are the same.But to reduce the blindness of TURP surgery.So we can preliminary thought the intervention of urodynamics method to treat BPH with detrusor weak has a certain significance.
