| Hyperlipidemia is one of the most important risk factors of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.So to decrease the blood fat level is becoming the key link of treatment of hyperlipidemia.There are various ways of blood fat management,such as liposuction,acupuncture,using medications and laser therapy.Laser therapy is one of the effective ways upon them and with no remarkable side effects found since now.Low-lever laser therapy(LLLT)was brought to China from 1990s and has been used to help the adjustment of immune system,blood system,circulation system and metabolism system et al.In this study,we used low-level laser irradiation to induce biology effect.We irradiated in vitro blood and observed the change of absorption spectrum of whole blood and red cells and analyze the change of blood lipid.We aim to find new methods to help the treatment of hyperlipidemia by low level laser irradiation.Objective:To study the effect on absorption spectrum of low-level laser irradiation of 650nm and 405nm on hyperlipidemia blood in vitro.Method:We choose 30 patients with hyperlipidemia blood lipid and 30 cases of normal blood sample 4 ml each by full automatic biochemical analyzer in hospital.And normal blood samples set to normal group,hyperlipidemia blood samples set as hyperlipidemia group.We use 650nm and 405nm to irradiate the two groups respectively and adjust the parameters of laser and set the laser output density of 20mw/cm2,the laser energy density of 12J/cm2.After 15 minutes irradiate we absorb 0.5ml to separate red cells.The separation of red blood cells and the remaining 0.5 ml of whole blood samples for spectral scanning with Microplate Reader after dilution.Then we record the absorption characteristics of whole blood and red cells.We compare the differences of absorption spectrums of the normal group and hyperlipidemia group and observe the changes of absorption peaks.Result:After irradiation of 650nm of hyperlipidemia group,the absorption peak is higher than before in whole blood and showed statistical significances in 416nm,544nm and 578nm.In the analysis of red cells,the absorption peaks were decreased in 4165nm,544nm and 578nm and showed significant differences.The difference is more obvious in 416nm.After irradiation of 650nm of normal group,the absorption spectrum showed no significant differences in 416nm,544nm and 578nm whether in whole blood or red cells.After irradiation of 405nm,only the red cells absorption spectrum showed statistical significant differences.Conclusion:By 650nm and 405nm low level laser irradiation,the absorption spectrum will decrease in hyperlipidemia blood.This reflected the potential effect of low level laser irradiation for the treatment of hyperlipidemia. |
